Naby Keita reminds me of Essien in making. What a player.

Are we serious. Not a Chelsea material at all. Got to aim for potential world beater, we ain't no Everton. HG spot? Can cover with Chalo Aina Christensen Moses. We need to have one of the best CBs(if not, young CBs who has potential to be one) in world to be our starter, not an average overrated English kid who is playing for the worst team in PL. He may have nice little career like Shawcross but that's his ceiling. I'll tell what he is missing to be the best in his position. Pass, intelligence, silky footwork(mold of Nesta, Carvalho, Ramos, T.Silva, etc.) and dynamic.

Born: July 8, 1991 (age 25), Breda, Netherlands Height: 6′ 4″ Weight: 203 lbs Imo, the best CB in PL right now. Big, strong, reasonably fast, can dribble and bomb forward without brain farts, very strong in air and has good passing. This is the guy we should look for. I am okay with splashing 50m for this guy. Hazard-Costa-Pedro Alonso-Matic-Kante-Moses Dijk-Luiz-Azpi Our team will be a damn strong fortress.

http://m.bild.de/sport/fussball/niklas-suele/gab-chelsea-einen-korb-47674616.bildMobile.html?wtmc=mw Hoffenheim's national player Niklas Süle (21) is one of the most sought-after talents. And now even said Chelsea from! BILD learned: In Olympia , the club of Russians billionaire Abramovich launched (49) an attempt to catch up Süle (contract until 2019), was reportedly willing to pay up to 30 million transfer fee. "Yes, the interest was there," confirms Süle consultant Karlheinz Förster (58). The TSG and Süle from said. Niklas: "I have already committed myself end of last season on staying at TSG. I think before my usual environment here. That was and is for my development is very important, and the basis for being able to bring a constant power at a high level. " So that the subject is not for all times from the table. Förster: "The English have made it clear that their interest next year is valid." This sentiment is Father Georg Süle (54): "I think we should first go to a big club, if you are a great player. Found Niklas could earn more, but we do not look out to quick money, but on the career. Evolves Niklas well, the money comes alone. " I would be glad to have him next year in chelsea uniform for £25m. Powerful, fast and is just 21 yrs old. Luiz-Christensen-Sule-Zouma would be great defensive forces and will give us option to go for 3 men defenses. .

Dumb and dumber chelsea edition here it comes. Episode 1: Stones from England Episode 2: Koulibaly from Senegal Episode 3: Romagnoli from Italy Episode 4: Marquinos from Brazil Episode 5: Varane from France
-
If he comes I think he will be utilized next to Kante in place of Matic.

He's more of a poor man's Lampard than Croatian Xavi. In fact, his dream club has always been Chelsea since he idolized Lampard. As a player, he is no.8. Making late runs into the penalty box to score goals, decent size (180cm) but not so good in the air, can shoot from either foot, Doesn't have eyes to read game, unlike Lamps. He's not the most technically gifted player of bunch but boy he isn't Ramires of the world. He does have adequate first touch and his ability to holding onto ball is above average. He isn't great at defending but is mobile, has strong stamina and willing to do dirty jobs. Not a lazy arse like RLC. He came off a down year but largely due to total chaos Inter was under Mancini. They didn't have proper playmaker to set the tempo of the game and none of Kondogbia, Medel and Brozobic are capable of doing that job. Midfield was totally collapsed. He was bounced off to RW and wasn't so great there either. He makes observers think this guy needs change of scenery as Inter has no clue/ no structure to get best out of him. Inter is forced to sell Brozovic as their marquee signing Joao Mariu may force Inter into FFP violation. Juventus is seriously interested in him which means he's no slouch, but Inter hates Juventus and no doubt about that the way they act like cheap arse all over Europe. Inter is desperate to make some income, but they hate to sell asset to their direct rival. Conclusion: Not a bad investment for 20m. Still young, proper coaching and maybe a bit of bulk up would help him immensely. Even if he flops, we can still recoups majority of resources we put in to purchase him.

James is the second coming of Lampard. Their creativity, superb pass/shoot, though a bit limited in ball control. Essien-Lampard-Makelele -> Matic-James-Kante It would be the best midfield in PL easily. Sell 29 yrs old Cesc for ~40m and buy 25 yrs old James for 80m. Worth it.
-
Really wish it is true. Sell Cesc for 45m, Cuadrado for 30m, Pedro for 25m and get James for 85m. It would be one helluva signing. Koulibaly, Fabinho, James for this summer. Mahrez for next summer. Hazard-Costa-Mahrez (Moses) (Batman) (Willian) Kante-James-Matic (Maia) (Oscar) (Chalobah) Azpi-Koulibaly-Christensen-Fabinho (Baba) (Zouma) (Cahill) (Aina) Doable against big boys in champions league.

Basically poor man's Meireles.

I don't want Chelsea to pay the moon for broken good Real reject. 1. Bale has had sports hernia in Real. You all know what it is right? The one that killed Kaka and Lampard from their prime. 2. Bale will be 26. Diminished resale value. 3. Bale bulked up too much and lost a few foot in his step. 4. Bale's game built around his pace (i.e. Kaka, Torres) and he now lost it. (Did you guys not see Pique, yes freaking Pique!! and Alba outpaced him during El Clasico?) 5. Real will demand crazy amount of money. No, please just no. We already experienced from Shevchenko and Torres, and do it once again? You need to catch a lesson from history.

It is pound, so if you multiply 1.40 then it may sound somewhat closer. (Koke's buyout is 42m pound. 60m pound is equivalent to 84m euro.)
-
Out: Oscar ~25m Mikel ~5m Cahill ~10m Romeu ~5m Remy ~8m Drogba ~0m Moses ~12m Cech ~10m ~75m In: Rudy(GK) ~5m Lacazette(ST) ~25m Yarmolenko(RW) ~15m Stones(DC) ~20m Bruno(MF) ~15m 1) one of Pogba/Koke 40~60m or 2) one of Imbula/Kondogbia 15~25m 100~150m Bruno is one of the best midfielders in La Liga and his buyout is just 14m pound. He is old at age 30 but can contribute like Carzola for a few seasons. Rudy is homegrown keeper. Stones learn from Terry and build partnership with Zouma. Yarmolenko has one year left in contract and has a combination of physicality and technique to have success in PL. One of Pogba/Koke would be a dream but I wouldn't say No to Imbula or Kondogbia. Lacazette is the best player in Leauge 1 and is still very young at age 23. Can play multiple positions and goal scoring machine.

We all knew £175000 a week was a pure BS. He was unproven 21 yrs old kid who raked at League 1, and our best paid player was John Terry at £175000. Most reputable sources from French and Belgian media reported Hazard wage at around £120,000. Which is still astrocious but not that crazy like 175000. How in the world would he be settled with 25000+ increase if he was already banking 175000?
-
Chelsea has just way too much money to spend thanks to new TV deals. Varane looks injury prone and is Real Madrid player. I think Stones will be a better option since he is English and is homegrown. But Stones won't cost too much. Since we are already set on most positions, we should aim for the very best and it would be Pogba. 70m would make it happen but it won't damage us financially.
-
----------Remy Hazard Willian Cuadrado -----Matic Ramires Luis-Terry-Zouma-Azpi Ivanovic is 30 yrs old and has been playing nearly every single game despite picking up injury last week during 120min carling cup game. He should sit down.
-
Pipe dream: Varane / CB Reus / RW Pogba / CM Realistic: Imbula / CM Stones / CB Enner Valencia or Doulas Costa / RW
-
I am not sure if Cuadrado is really superior over Willian to be honest. Serie A is a joke league these days.. it may be the reason why board is refusing to pay full buyout clause.
-
Face it. He's done. 3 knee surgeries so far in his career. He has some issues about faking his age (though it is just a rumor) I bet his knee would be that of 50yrs old. I'm fucking glad Falcao (who was miserable with Monaco playing inferior French league) signed with ManU and hope them to sign him permanently. Can you imagine this joke Falcao is making 4 times more than Matic? lol
-
Azpi Zouma Terry Ake RLC Cesc Matic Schurrle Drogba Salah subs in: Christensen, Ramires, Remy Here's what I'm hoping.. but will never come true.
-
As much as I love and respect Mou, he should have bigger balls to give chances to youth players. Sporting game was meaningless game and we were up by 2 goals, yet he still gave mere 7 minutes to one of the best youth players in our academy, who has been more superior in youth campiagn than Janujai, Wilson, McNair, Bellerin and Sterling of the world. I am 99% sure we will not test youth players in starting lineup against Derby either.
-
Anyone with right mind knows Cahill is a huge liability of Chelsea team and is arguably one of the worse defenders Chelsea had in last decades. Only thing makes him sticking to our lineup is him being English. He was great last season when we played defensive minded football. We set low blocks so opposition forwards do not have space to run into Mr. Backpedal Cahill but at the same time it greatly hindered our ability to break down parked buses. Mr. Backpedaling Cahill doesn't suit the high defensive line we now play due to his lack of athleticism and composure on ball. He is okay squad player but should not be a starting XI week in and week out. Zouma is still raw, but at least he has supreme athleticism and much better 1 on 1 defense compared to Cahill.

Best ever Chelsea squad (in your lifetime)

Just scored for Netherlands. 23 yrs old, playing for PSV, and has been one of the most impressive defenders in Eredivisie. Fast and strong, and has some techniques. We have 5 million buyout clause in his contract which will expire 2015 summer. Here is the list for homegrown players for Chelsea 1st team. Cesc - HG - FA trainedCahill - HG - FA trainedTerry - HG - Club trained We need 4 club trained and 8 FA trained players. Bruma fits both bills (Homegrown, Club trained & FA trained) Terry will retire in a year or two, Ake will make the jump to 1st team but other youngsters are too young and not ready yet. Kalas, Zouma, and Omeruo are not homegrown players.
