Every Chelsea fan has to be behind the new manager 100 percent. Its just like a new player if we do not trust in the players than they are not going to perform on the games we need them most. Im sure before Guss leaves, who ever our manager will be the two will have a long chat on how the club is run and how the team train and play.

Sure its up too the new manager. But when Cole used to play in this position originally he was just class. I think it would be something to look at in the future but for now we will wait and see who we have in the squad next year and who our manager will be. I think if we sign a new winger, he is someone that we can use in both positions and if he is fit enough and hopefully does not get any injuries he will surly be a big asset to our squad next season.

yea anelka is there too, i think if we do sign him we would need to experiment between the 3 of them because teven could play better with anelka whos knows.

There is a chance he could be great with Chelsea there is also the chance he could be a flop. But thats the same with every manager, Guss could of came in and done the exact same thing that scolari did and we would of all been on his back. It took us 50 years or so win our second premiere league trophy so i don't see why we can not stick with a manager for more than one season and see how he goes over a certain period if time.
