The mail though surprisingly complimentary complimentary today still managed two of their prize idiotcisms( a word I have invented purely for them). Their headline by PRAT Barlow includes "Ancelotti turns into the Tinkerman ",,,Tinkerman ??? ..Drogba suspended ,Lampard recovering from injury. Only 2 players have been rested Ashley and Kalou. Calling the Tinkerman should have referred to Fergie surely. In a second generally sympathetic article by Martin Samuels ,the sting is in the tail ,,,where (and here I paraphrase).."he (Carlo) may realise winning ANOTHER BORING LEAGUE TITLE may not guarantee his future employment . WE get the Mail because my wife likes it I prefer The Times
from the large number of extracts already published it looks a must buy .A book filled with his inimitable humour. My wife an avid reader and lover of biographies will certainly buy it soon .I am looking forward to reading "The life of The Pig"
dont try a war of words ...you dont have the skills in the art of semantics ...and as for logic ..I lectured in it .. stick with smart assed pics ...seems you picked up that trait from TX

I think Nic has proved to be a great signing for us .Initially I had reservations concerning his attitude .I think in his earlier "le sulk days" he was under the influence of his older brother who acted as his agent . Certainly he seems to have settled here and is happy to act as second string to Drog. With regard to his playing style ,I think he has adapted his game with age . Now he reminds me of Sherringham in the latter part of his career. If this continues I can see him outlasting Drog . A very valuable member for quite a few more years.
:goodpost: I have long been appreciative of Mikel but his progress over the last year has been outstanding . I think he is developing into a truly world class mid fielder and of course he is still relatively young. A future captain and a Chelsea legend in the making perhaps..His withdrawal from the World Cup rather than play carrying an injury demonstrated a maturity which will stand him and Chelsea in good stead in the future.
usually I am optimistic but have just read the forecasts by The Daily Hate Mail "Experts". Of the seven 4 tip BARCA 1 REAL MADRID and TWO tip CHELSEA ...moreover FOUR tip Chelsea as runners up ... Incidentally I can see how people can tip winners but only an idiot can tip BOTH finalists in an unseeded competition .. BUT they are "experts" for the Mail
