he's a gr8 striker but wouldn't he be really really expensive (and he's also 31 so it would be better if we used that money on a younger player)

This thread is kinda dying out. We have loads of good young strikers such as Bamford, Piazon, Feruz so is it really worth buying this guy?

yes that's true. I'm not saying to field a really weak side. I am saying to field Moses and Marin (and maybe even Yossi). Moses can play as CF and Mata and Hazard can start and Oscar can replace one of them (or vice versa). We can field a strong side for both games since we've had more rest leading into the Southampton game (6 days)

I know that UCL is far far more important, but what's wrong with playing Moses and Marin? Are they that bad that they can't even beat Southampton?

We have a game in hand. Moses and Marin should be capable of beating Southampton. Ofc 3/4 is a bigger priority but we also have to get some silverware.

FA Cup tie is a huge priority. We should play a weaker side. Try Moses as a CF. Play Marin too so we can play Mata,Hazard, Oscar behind Ba on Monday

Yes I agree on that as well. Moses did really well as a CF for Wigan.

It was a gr8 performance but what worries me is that no one was screening in front of the defense and we were getting beaten in the air so easily. They kept knocking balls into our penalty area and Carrol kept getting the better of our defenders. Stronger opposition would expose this. Advice of the day: If Hazard dribbles only 3 of your defenders at a time then u've done really well.

I think we should focus on McEachran as @CHOULO19, said. He's not gonna cost us anything and he is the perfect midfielder for us since he has vision and the defensive capabilities to play in the pivot.
