FFS, if we are gonna keep Sheva then play him. This game is crying out for Sheva to play. He shouyld have got a full game against Derby and should do this one. Give Drogba a break and keep him for the Arsenal game and play Sheva gainst Sunderland and Valencia mid-week. He needs games to get going, he wont do that on the bench.

I listened to the game on the radio, the commentators were saying West Ham were flying into tackles from the word go. Boa Morte mainly. time after time tackles were going unpunished, and players were gonna continue tackling that way until the ref booked someone.With that in mind I wouldnt blame the players for getting riled up if punished for a tackle, Its up to the ref to control the game and not let things get out of hand. If you've a strong ref then there wont be as many bad challenges as players will know that they will be punished.The refs should be going around the grounds talking to the players about all this anyway instead of turning up on the day trying to make a name for themselves.

At least they're doing something instead of bending over and taking it up the arse.If they wanna play hard ball with us we may as well play with them. Ballack wasnt frustrating?????? I watched him numerous times last season and he lacked anything resembling consistancy. He was too laid back and gave the ball away too easily. He may have had more time on the ball in Germany, but over here players are on top of you in a flash. He looked better the few months before his injury and even then he was far from convincing. Mikel can be a bit hot headed at times, but he is young....very young and looks scary as fuck tbh.

I think Bridge is better going forward than Ash, but Ash is a better defender.Bridge does get a better quality of ball into the box and is always willing to get bombing up the flank, whereas Ash I still think he's getting to grips with our play, he has yet to discover the form he had at Arsenal but he always gets the nod for the big games.They both have their qualities and I wouldnt want to lose either.
