Relax, he doesnt understand there are different people with different mentalities and experiences. He thinks age necessary brings improvements. He cant seem to cope with the idea that some people in their 15s are way far mature than some 30 year old. I am not sayin I am one of them, but I always felt a bit nerdy and lost with people my age. My 2 best friends are in their last year of college (4 years older).
-
Yes, I am mature enough to have a decent discussion with you. I am not saying I am mature for life... I did everything I could, I dont know how old you are, but you doesnt seem mature to stop doging my posts and attacking me. Btw, how do you want me to do to prove to you I can have valid arguments towards our discussion?
-
See, why are you better than me? What have you done to think that? Why cant you have a equal discussion with a 18 year old in the same way you would do with a 24 year old? I can guarantee you I am mature and intelligent enough.
-
What does my age has anything to do with it? Age brings experience, not intelligence! You write with disgut about our football, education and culture (from the least I know you). How is that not Anti-Brazilian? You are low... EDIT: I think my last 2 long posts (CWC and SCCP v CFC) were very clear and respectful. If you dont want to read or answer to them, I cant do nothing about it.

WOW, really impressed with your view. Very "cliche"... You need to be less of an internet warrior and learn there are various views, it is not all black and white (there are a ton of shades in between) . Because I put Brazilian League in a higher position than you, it does not mean I am a stupid nationalist wanting to promote "Brazilian Football Pride". I am not someone with crazy atitude, who is blind and says Brasileirao is the best thing. I do think it is better than the common view though. I place it around the 8th/9th best league, that is all. You talk about not being proud for being the Samba and Football country. Why that? Because you would prefer us to be remebered for our education? That has nothing to do with it, you are just bothered by the stereotype. Being good in football, samba and women does not stop you from being excellent in academic ratings. The way you view it (very wrong, by the way), it is as if we were bad in football or mix martial arts, we would have world class universities. We dont belong in the developed world because we are incompetent as a nation. It has nothing to do with what you said. Dont you think any of us would like to improve in inumerous aspects? Of course they would! People are not happy only by playing football and samba dancing. Also, I have never in my life said Corinthians could beat any team because they were better five months ago. I havent even said they were better than Everton, let alone beating Chels. All I was saying is for people to stop judging them from Al Alhy game. What is so outragious about it? Am I wrong? I dont have any pride of Corinthians, where did you get it from? You are the one elevating things... There is more, talking about football or any other stereotype with a foreign fellow is to not be ashamed of. It is an excellent way of starting a conversation and to move to more interesting topics later on. I bet that if you had to talk to foreign friends, you will agree. I hate when the other person thinks there is no more in Brazil than that, but if it does, that person does not deserve anyone`s attention. What do you mean by "grow up" and "read books" about Brazilian History? Do you think I know nothing about it? Do you think I enter unprepared in a discussion or give my opinion without studying first? How do you think I got to USP? What kind of person do you think I am? I am not wasting my nationalism with stupid things. If you cant see the bigger picture, sorry, I was stupid for having hope. I am trying to make a Brazilian feel more love for what he has! Henrique, I might be wrong, but I place you among some of my friends that glorify anything from abroad. CWC is one example, I know it is shit and everything, but why do you need to make those who enjoy it look stupid? I know it is a silly tournament (is it a tournament, btw?), but give it a break. You dont need to make South Americans and Europeans have the same care for it. Dont you find it silly when our NT goes to some places and they are treated like heroes (Haiti, Zimbabue, etc)? It is the same thing. You know, I honestly think you hate me. I think I took you out of your comfort zone, there was no Brazilians before me who could disagree with you and you could transmit your point of view to everyone without interference. However, unilke you, I dont want you gone. I want to convince you we are not that horrible and once I am not here anymore (which will ultimately happen when I start working), I want to have the feeling I have transformed one more Brazilian. EDIT: @ and @TorontoChelsea, dont bother with stupid narrow minded individuals who cant value your country. They dont even deserve you attention, let alone your hate.
-
Yep, politics baby! FIFA needs to make every confederation happy. I cant agree more that Intercontinental was much better (although still crap).
-
You dont need to repply, I will contiue to quote you to express my opinion though. No, it shows we have character and dont follow what Europeans love (although we do). You always downgrade your country, you clear dont have pride for anything Brazilian. It is not embarassing, I am really the only one biting my nails off, waiting for this game. However, I am not ashamed of it. This is who I am, a stupid Chelsea fan, who actually lives the big rivalry in Sao Paulo. I am not like you, who wouldnt be posting so many things about this tournament (even if you liked it) because other members dont give a shit for it. Also, unilke you, I respect everyone`s opinion and different objetives for our team (both of them). I understand they dont like it (and some are even trying to like it, maybe because of me), but I dont go saying they are plastic or anything else because of it. For instance, I dont give a fuck for FA Cup (I dont like it), but I would never do what you are trying to do. If you want to be so "Anti-Brazil", at least learn something good from Europe, RESPECT. So, if you hate it, leave me alone. You dont need to be a dick about it. If you are so "unBrazilian", dont be biased only to make everything here look bad.
-
WTF???? I didnt even know it existed! LOL Thanks!
-
@Jim, what is this new featured images things?
-
@Henrique, sooo? Let it be shit, let it be stupid to Europeans (with right reasons I might say), let it be anything... It will still be considered awesome in SA and it wont downgrade whoever becomes champion! Dont tell me you wouldnt be excited if it was Palmeiras. EDIT: I am not taking away the fact you are right, but what is the big deal in being excited over a stupid thing once in your life?

It is a good thing there is Google
-
For instance: compare the review made for the general public with this one - http://espn.estadao.com.br/noticia/298704_da-historia-de-ontem-aos-times-de-hoje-um-raio-x-da-final-entre-corinthians-e-chelsea I dont want you to only look at the content, but analyse the format and the easiness of Globoesporte, compared with ESPN BR.
-
Oh sure, they dont watch it (read my post in CWC)! Even if they did though, they would do it as they wish...
-
See, that is the problem. German has one culture and Brazil has another. For you to analyse why Globo did this shit comparisson (I am glad you havent heard what they said about us prior to Monterrey`s game), you have to try to leave your European Buble. I dont want to sound superior or arrogant, but I dont find a better and more clear way to discribe it...This program/website is made for the general public in Brazil, specially for Corinthians fans. Most of its fanbase and of this channel public are made of unschooled and poor people (they are not educated as most of Bayern fans). Most of these audience does not even know how to speak proper portuguese and they gain about half of the lowest legal salary in Europe, how do you expect them to read (in english) about what is happening in Europe? All the information they have is what the open channel provides them... CWC is very huge in South America, why would Globo upset their public (ultimately who gives them money) saying Chelsea is light years ahead and they shouldnt even watch the match? This world is ruled by money and politics, be real, they dont want to provide a great article by great journalists (of course they try it when possible), that is not their purpose. Corinthians is known for being a "people`s club", a big portion of their fanbase cant afford to sign up for ESPN to watch foreign football every weekend and actually form a valid opinion. Their access to this type of information are in the internet: comments, highlights, youtube skills video, twitter, etc. I know there are very intelligentand impartial fans in Brazil, but they are the exception, not the rule. What you experience here is a top notch view of Brazilian Population. Whether we like it or not, we (Rmpr, Jcar92, Henrique, Rennah, etc) dont represent the core and deep tradition of Brazil. We ae citizens with luck to have money to learn english, buy imported cars, IPads, travel abroad, etc. We are the upper class of Brazil... So, Globo isnt thinking about trying to do a comparisson, they are keeping the excitment and hope in the highest possible level. They want their transmission to explode like a Superbowl, if you will. EDIT: By the way, you might be thinking I find my people stupid, but it is not that. They dont really have oportunity, that is the problem. Brazil is a raw diamond, very precious, but useless without lapidation!
-
My friends, cant you all see they dont really believe in that? They are from Brazil and they are trying to please their viewers (Corinthians Fans). Isnt that so obvious to you? Dont read too much on it, just have a good laugh!
-
I know, he is world class still. I have to admit I have a patriotic hate towards him because he almost beat Ronaldo for WC All Time Top Scorer....
-
Now post his wildly horrible first touch moments ago...
-
He is better than Mikel, LoL.I wouldnt start Oscar because Corinthians strongest side is in the midle, with Ralf and Paulinho doing the first combat. Moses and Hazard will be the perfect antidote for their strong midfield duo, we will make them stretch their compact team and this only means infiltrations and goal chances for us. Also, Oscar is viewed as a "friend", Lampard would be more fearful. Well, that is my view. Like I said, I am actually guessing...
-
Leif, I dont think the game will be a goals galore. Corinthians will be us in UCL (I have been saying it for months). They will defend for their lifes, play for one magical play and rely on their fand to push them. Exactly like us! Also, there is no problem conceding if we are alteady 2-0. For instance, if they make 0-1, the game will get very ugly. Barcelona 2.0 However, we do have a big chance of scoring if we start well (just like Monterrey). I also highly doubt Oscar will start, for me, Rafa wanta to explore their full backs (Hazard, Mata and Moses). I am clueless on the pivot though, I can male the case for Luiz, Ramires and Lampard. Also, going with Luiz means Azipilicueta as RB. Ultimately, I think he will go with Moses because of his width plays and his ability to defend well, Lampard to be pur captain and help with leadership and deep lying playmaking and Iva and David on our line of four. Probable lineup: Cech Iva-Luiz-Cahill-Cole Lampard-Milel Moses-Mata-Hazard Torres Now, dont tell me this isnt a scary team? WORLD CHAMPIONS!
-
TRUE, my bad... :fainthv9: :fainthv9: Thanks Kieran!

LOL I shouldnt laugh at it, but it was a good one. Way to go Manpildo!
