WOW, you clearly have not watched the same game I did... We did not play very well, only when Mata came in and West Brom was already defendidng for their lives. No movement, short passes and infiltration for our attacking trio (Moses, Sturridge and Hazard), Cahill and Luiz were pure shit, Mikel had a good game but Romeu didnt help (they were passing through so easy and quick), Torres was Torres (did not even shoot) and we did not play with our heart. We created a OK amount of chances, but we are UCL winners playing against a above mid table team. The convertion rating wasnt amazing, but it was not like we created 10 chances (look how many chances Barça, RM and Bayern create to score 3-4 goals). Myhill did made some fantastic saves, but it was not like we had to be winning by 4-2, you cant count that he wont make any. I agree there are many drama queens around here, but we did not have a good game, that is for sure.

If he wants to be our senior striker he has to bang that chance at the end, but it was not like he lost the ball or something, overall he was great and most importantly, better than Torres. RDM did a fine job, he tried to rotate and he changed quickly and they were excellent changes (although Oscar wasnt good today). We are in transition so I am not very worried with EPL (of course I want to win, but we all know we are the 3rd power in England right now). We need a CB, CM, ST and a better attacking variation and a defensive system. At least we are not Liverpool, Arsenal or Spurs, who need 5-6 players to begin dreaming of a top squad. Maybe something similar to this for a next year champion... Rafael never played in professional football in Brazil, that is the problem. It is harder to fix a defensive work than to teach it for a first time... I get your point, Wallance can come and have a 2-3 years of a learning period and become a great RB, but this does not leave the fact that a youth player has a better chance to adapt than a professional footballer.

I DONT WANT RAFAEL ANYWHERE NEAR COBHAM, he has cost Brazil the Olympics! Have said that, he is becoming a great player. The thing with Rafael is that he grew around English philosophy of full backs. Wallace on the other hand, was raised in Brazillian school of full backs (aka shitty defensive work).

There is a big chance that he wont, but I am really worried with Juve (1st place is very important).

Of course it is relevant what Luiz does for Brazil. This shows that he CAN be a very good player for us.... He had an expectacular performance, it was just flawless (no long balls nor attack adventures).

He did say for ESPN that it was his mistake. He said he has missed some penalties throughout his career but that wont bother him for a next pk. You are dreaming too much! We wont do anything, but buying a world class ST if Roman feels like it. Our squad will be it and end of story, we will solve those other problems in the summer, 80mi + ST is more than enough for this season.
