  1. Well there is that - what is wrong at the moment is we could be romping ahead if we had a top coach getting the best out of the players than a fat irrelevance. As it is, we're doing well, and the unqualified buffoon is getting credit. With Rijkaard and Ten Cates who have worked together before, next season could be sown up.
  2. He can play as defensive midfielder +10 other things about him (Chelsea Pies) 1) His lady friend Elisabeth Reyes (pictured) has simply no idea how to sit on chairs properly. (pic didnt paste, boooo!!) 2) Ramos isn't his surname at all. He lies. His real name is García. 3) His mother has the rather strange name of Paqui 4) His brother (Rene) is his agent. 5) Nobody seems to know his best position. He can play right or central defender, but also as a defensive midfielder. 6) Sergio has a tiny dog called Odi, who according to his website, he loves "very much." 7) Sergio has made an oath never to cut his hair off. 8) Sergio has numerous tattoos, including one in tribute to those who died in the September 11 attacks. 9) Sergio's teammates call him "pajero" or "gypsy". Shame Lenny Pidgley isn't still at Chelsea, they could have bonded. 10) He loves flamenco music. This is not a sweeping slightly racist stereotype. He genuinely loves it. 11) If he had not become a football player, Sergio would be bullfighter. (Again, not racist, he genuinely said this.)
  3. No one deserves it more. I notice Man utd have CL tickets on general sale, and their allocation isn't being taken up either. Maybe 10 000 from each club ? Mind you the all round cost of the trip would be between £1000-1500.
  4. Self-styled 'super agent' Pini Zahavi has accused English fans of anti-Semitic behaviour towards Chelsea manager Avram Grant. Zahavi, who is also an Israeli Jew, has said that if Grant was from another country or religion then he would have been afforded more respect for what he has achieved. Zahavi told Israeli newspaper Ma'ariv: "There are no words to describe the mistreatment Avram is receiving."They are sucking his blood on a daily basis regardless of his victories and what he achieves. "You know what, maybe if he hadn't been Israeli or Jewish, it might have been different. "Obviously there is some sort of anti-Semitism here, especially if one remembers who appointed him. Zahavi has known Grant for over 20 years and helped broker the sale of Chelsea to Abramovich in 2003. Grant took over the reigns at Stamford Bridge following the shock departure of Jose Mourinho, but he has yet to endear himself to supporters in the same way that the charismatic Portuguese did. Many felt Grant's appointment owed more to his friendship with Abramovich than his qualities as a coach. However, with Chelsea still in with a shout of lifting the Premier League and Champions League trophies this season, the doubters have been proven wrong. Nevertheless, the shadow of Mourinho still hangs over Grant, and Zahavi himself has acknowledged that the Israeli's appointment took him by surprise. Zahavi said: "I never imagined his appointment would be so sudden. It might have happened too fast. Abramovich took the decision. I was not involved. On the day he was appointed I told Avram, 'You are either mentally ill or extremely courageous'. "To come like that, and step into the giant shoes of Jose Mourinho, not only as manager but also someone who became a media celebrity and a fans' idol. "And in Grant we are talking about an Israeli who never coached outside Israel, which is less than a cockroach in world football. It was clear the media reaction would be terrible." Telegraph, Sun. OK It has nothing to do with his Jewish ethnicity imo. Its because hes an unqualified fat twat His appointment is a Jewish jobs for the Boys thing. Pini zahavi playing the Race Card is a joke. Its like when Ali G says ''is it because Ise black ?'' Right, every time I get criticiised at work now, its because ''I'm an English white person''. What a crock of shite, trying to get a parachute reason for when the fat twat is booted out
  5. Would go one step further and am fairly confident Drogba will score Also optimistic with Carvalho - he hasnt lost a league game since nov 2006 v Yids, a run of 42 games. Phenomenal
  6. looks as though he'll be going to Citeh though
  7. Unlikely Bruce will roll over for them. -Wigan will get an extra £2 million for finishing 12th
  8. Well done that man, remember this last year. They use honours as bribes or bargaining chips. There are loads of people knighted because they donate party to political parties. In this case Blair wanted a photo opportunity, and Weller rightly turned him down as a war criminal. Top Man.
  9. Some pictures of the stadium that Drogba will score in........ http://www.fussballtempel.net/uefa/RUS/Luzhniki.html
  10. Bloke is an irrelevance -although a fucking expensive one in my book. He serves Abramovichs purpose of being his eyes and ears, which is why Abramovich hasn't had to be around.
  11. Its a joke. Not a real story -well it's not on the Sky website.
  12. I think the ref deserves a mention last night, seeing as they only get talked about when they're shite usually - he was near enough spot on with all decisions. Unlike the one reffing Fiorentina v Rangers now. Totally biased towards Fiorentina. Good to see corruption in Italian Football is still alive and well
  13. Would love to get this, but dont have a PS3 yet, and it doesn't look like it's going to be released on PS2.
  14. When Essien scored I assume it was because Reinas view was obscured by players in an offside position Well it could be down to the team. I would say motivating factors of Lampards mothers death, and Benitez dig at Drogba were ten times more influential than Grant could ever wish to be. Grant is a parasitical irrelevance. Could have been you sat there on the bench Elliott. Ranieri on the radio this morning, (not a bad bone in his body, and never one to slag anyone off) was asked if it was Grant or the team that got us through. he said , diplomatically, it was the team, Ten Cates, Clarke, the club spirit ... and Grant
  15. Wouldnt be first choice, but he's a proven top club manager. Ten times better than the lump we have at the moment
  16. Well it seems like Thakswin ''I know nothing about football, I'm just in it for the money, and to avoid being convicted in Thailand'''' Sintwatwa at Man City, is going to sack Sven. We could do a lot, lot worse.....in fact we are.
  17. Because it might not be true -but its probably because of fear of repercussions tomorrow.
  18. The media had Evra saying he was racially abused by our staff. Same as Eto saying our staff called him a monkey. ManUtd have since retracted. Theres no way we're a racist club. http://img380.imageshack.us/img380/6253/image8pk.jpg
  19. Other forums are saying that last week a Chelsea fan from St Neots wandered into scouse pub, they chased him out and hit him over the head with a brick. He discharged himself from hospital, and died 36 hours later
  20. Cheers Frank - funny there were 50 'guests' watching this at one time last night. Chelsea groundstaff ? Evra playing the 'race card'- quelle twat
  21. Oi you, get orrf moy laaand !! http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=hjCrf9UaihU
  22. This can be seen as Chelseas biggest game in recent times. Our first CL final at stake. We need to do it for Lampard and his mum, for our groundsman wrongly accused of racism, for all the loyal fans -and not least for the Chelsea fan reportedly murdered by Liverpool fans last week which the press seem to be ignoring. We have one foot through the Moscow door, big performances required from the players - Ballack, Drogba, Cech and Terry will rise to the occasion anyway -we're making history - not reliving it all the time.
  23. Was thinking the same -get through the semi and in moscow with Abramovich, you can imagine the win bonus each player will be on Some silverware seems imminent after the domestic cup fuck ups. Liverpool will be beaten, especially if theres the same atmosphere at the Bridge as there was on Saturday. Adversity seems to bring out the best in Chelsea and their fans in particular -whether it's struggling in Div 2 or rallying because of Lampards mothers death
  24. Well we had Masceherano and Ashley Cole getting carded for 'harassing' refs as part of the FAs 'crackdown' and part of their ' Respect' campaign. Be interesting to see if anything happens to Man Utd after the 20 minutes of constant refereee haranguing on Saturday. I wont be holding my breath.
