Well I think that everyone already knows that Chelsea and Torres play 2 different kinds of football and i dont think that its worth putting in the effort to cnage our play just so it suits Torres, because he has during the times he gets the ball during games never impressed me that he is a good footballer. What should we do then? Its easy! Just get rid of him, get another forward or take someone that we already have and start from the scratch.

One game... one game???? Are you mad? Torres has basiclly been shit ever since he came here and you think i base everything from just one game. Belivie it or not but once i was a Torres fan too, but those days are over. He hasnt done anything to earn my or any other fans respect.

So Torres is a finisher? What kind of a finisher? The kind that misses the ball when Mata delivers a fantastic ball for him?

Torres got the flop of the match award on goal.com while Lukaku got the Man of the match award... just saying

Stop comparing Torres situation with Drogbas situation when he first came here. It was 2 different senarios. Ive already written about this so im just going to copy and paste this:

Well, the "Torres doesnt get any service" and "Torres just needs better confidence" is starting to get a bit old too...

What concerns me of Torres is not really how many goals he will score but the goals and performances in the big games. Ive never really seen Torres play good against a good opponent. The most important games this season will be against the top teams. He always gets lost (like yesterday) and people always come with excuses for that (like yesterday). I mean if we really want to win the PL and CL again we have to get rid of Torres, im 100% sure of that.He just wont cut it as a main striker for us. I cant understand how any 1 that has seen torres play these last 2 seasons can say that opposite.

Well, its not like Ivanovic would go out in the media and say " Torres is shit and i want him out of the club."

Drogba was bought to Chelsea after just one good season and that was in the French ligue. Ofcouse he needed some time to adapt (and he still scored more goals than torres during his first 2 seasons in a new club, league and country). Compare that to Torres who was bought in after being dubbed as one of the best strikers in the world.And there is a good reason why Drogbas attitude was bad in the begining, im not going to write it though. Check it up youself.

Just because Drogba is a legend doesnt mean that he was great all the team. Drogba will be remembered for all the fantastic things he did fo our club and the perfect finish he had on his career in chelsea. If torres would leave today I wouldnt really have that many good memories of him.And dont foget that Drogba was 33 years old when its started to go down for him and struggled with injurys. Torres should be at his prime now.

Well, i base my opinion based on my own impression of the 50+ games ive seen of Torres since he came to Chelsea. Stats doesnt always tell you the thruth, but if you want stats then i will give you stats: Torres has only scored 15 goals in 74 games for Chelsea.

Have you guys never asked yourself that it Torres bad positioning etc might be the answear why he doesnt get as many chances.And why has Torres gone from being a starter into bench player for spains national team these last seasons while they havent had any other strikers? Why has he been bad when he has played? Just stop with these "he doesnt get any service posts". Its over. Torres is finito.

People have complained why we havnt played him as a DM and ive been saying that it wouldnt work because of his bad passing and ballcontroll which is the most important thing for a midfielder and yesterday he showed just that. If i see any1 pointing out that he should play as a DM again i will freak out.

Stop talking about his attitude, work rate etc. Torres is simply bad and shouldnt play in a top club like Chelsea and thats what ive been trying too tell you guys all the time. I dont care if Torres runs freaking 50 km in a game. He still sucks and has lost everything that defines a good striker. And stop complaining on the midfielders. Almost all teams sit back on us so giving through balls isnt really the easiest thing to do. If torres wants through balls he first have to get out through the exit door, cuz he wont get it here.

Most of us have had faith in Torres for 2 seasons. He hasent shown much to proove that he is a world class striker that should have a starting spot in a top club like Chelsea. I mean look at all the other top clubs in the world and what strikers they have and how many goals they score.

As the guy above me mentions, Torres doesnt and never had fitted into our style of play, and its not worth changing our tactics and squad just so it suits torres. I mean if we would have bought some1 like Messi, then ofcourse i would want us to do that but not for some1 like torres who isnt at his best and wont play for any top teams in a few years.

I hate when people underestimate the imprtance of the 2 defensive midfielders. You cant just take any player and put them there if you want to build a really good and solid team. I mean just watch Jack Wilsheres performace vs Barcelona in 2011. The way he held the ball and delivered it around. Thats the type of DM we need to play with Mikel, not Ramires with bad strenght, ball controll and passes. And you mentioned that Ramires can run with the ball and push it forward... first of all just running away is easier said than done. He might aswell lose the bad again, especially against better teams. Secondly if you have watched the football movie "Goal!" you might remember the scene when the coach shows the main character (cant remeber his name) that passing is a much faster way of getting the ball forward than running. Thats my answear for you too.

What has torres done during his 4596 minutes of playing time for Chelsea to be our number 9?
