Apperantly his failed medical for Stoke wasnt the only medical he failed. After reading about him at Wikipedia it seems like he was going to move to Stuttgart from Hoffenheim but that transfer fell through aswell as he failed the medical.

He was rested for all Newcastles cup games, so yes, he can play in the Capital one cup

I mean people talk about the lack of help from the midfield but how easy is it to give balls to Torres. I mean if you give the ball to his feet he will only get outmusceled by the defender and if you give a ball which he should run for he only gets outruned. He got no strengh nor any pace anymore.
