Haller looks absolutely useless. It appears i have been wrong about him. bullet dodged.
-
Rice is an absolute boss. Even in his post-match interviews when he is completely gassed he comes across very ambitious, confident and reflected. You can see how his teammates respect him and he carries that responsibility with great poise.
-
Dont really like the 3-4-3 vs Liverpool. Lets hope we can control midfield regardless. Was so clear that they roll out the big guns. they want the win at all costs
-
He is a good lad but surely not a leader. I hope he gets enough guidance and his confidence up early.
-
Westham are not stupid after all. Barkley and Batshuayi would not massively imrpove Westham tho. They are packed with players of comparable quality in midfield and attack and they know they can get mega bucks for them. Still I can imagine Rice ending up here even though I doubt he will go anywhere this summer. He still has ages left on his contract.
-
I think Ake will be more of a backup. imagine Laporte injured and Otamendi Ake as CB pairing. Giroud will have a field day
-
My hope is that David Moyes who was fired by Utd will want to show them what they are missing. Would be a point of self respect for most people. No idea if Moyes still has that. But I doubt it will be enough.

Weird signing. Not really worried. I hope we have a sell on clause tho
-
Flip Havertz and Ziyech if it is 4-3-3. Kai is wasted back in midfield. He is not a box to box midfielder, he is a pure OM/Forward If he comes I think we will switch to 4-2-3-1 Kante/Rice ---- Kovacic/Mount Havertz---------------Ziyech-----------------------Pulisic Werner
-
I think if we really go on and sign him, we will build the team around him. Havertz is already a great finisher and I can see him become an all time goalscorer. However I consider him either as an inside forward, like the c.ronaldo but on the other side or as a second striker. Either way Werner, Havertz and Pulisic will switch positions like crazy and wreak chaos in opposition defences with their movement and pace. The one drawback is, Havertz is not that creative, he is more of a finisher, as is Werner, as is Pulisic. This leaves only Ziyech to make the chances. To complement that we need a left back that is an absolute offensive powerhouse. This is probably why we are behidn guys like Chilwell who can drive the ball forward rather than more solid ones. Real is his favoured option and he would surely not see us as his final destination. hence it will be imperative to nail him down on a 7year contract so we have some basis for negotiation once he hits his prime

Not if Utd win vs westham, we lose vs wolves and leicester win vs Utd. We should go 3 at the back again, go for the win but take the draw if we are level midway thorugh the 4th quarter.
-
his first good performance since the restart. there is so much more to come from him. Still only 20 years old
-
So much for OGS being a better manager than Lamps. Completely outfoxed him today. Utd were well and truly under control. except for all those diving shit they pulled vindicated by the ref. We were smarter than in the last 3 games vs ManU, we still controlled the match and the tempo but we negated their pace with 3 at the back always being able to double up on rashford, james and later martial and greenwood. sitting kovacic on fernandes also worked very well.
-
Same system vs Liverpool but with Pulisic on and Mount in the middle instead of Jorginho.
-
I always wanted to see that and now it happend. loved that. RLC vs Pogba in a physical 1 on 1. RLC effortleslly bullying Pogba off the ball the result I had envisaged.
-
CHO really is torrid
-
ManU would have got one
-
obvious pen on CHO
-
A lot of Bayern fans did. and it was more like a 25m +add ons kind of offer.
-
they never would have done that.
-
fernandes doing the jorginho so weird
-
19th penalty for them this season incredible
-
Yeah but not more than that I hope. we can't build a team around him. if we get havertz, mount should not be a starter there is the mandatory penalty for manU
-
we still look suspect from corners. other than that been rock solid
-
now get the 4th to extinguish that opening day
