I said so before, this 20/21 season is the last of him being an undisputed starter. He is alright winning back the ball but does not help the transition. I think we need a player like Rodri who can sit deep, defend with his body and still pay good passes out. Can’t rely on Kovacic doing it all.

If he would score like 10 goals per season and maybe ship 5 or 6 (like Gosens e.g.)I would be like fair enough, alright squad player with decent offensive nous.
