please dont compare Torres to Crouch and Zamora! its one thing scoring for Stoke or Qpr and completely another thing scoring for Chelsea where teams park the bus and have extra motivation to beat us, plus the fact Torres is a big name in world football so defenders who play against him will always try to put in one of their best performances of their life against him, completely different to what Crouch and Zamora have to deal with.

please explain how on earth Torres deserves boos? that is an absolutely ridiculous thing to say! I thought Torres done pretty well tonight under the circumstances playing against 3 top class CB's he worked his socks off and as Pat Nevin said again Torres sacrificed himself for the team yet again, and i applaud Torres for that. and yet again as has happened many times since he joined us he was free on his own at the back post ready for a tap in but his team mate decides to shoot instead of pass. I have no worries with Torres he is putting a shift in week in week out and he will start against Stoke on Saturday and probably score. again people are acting as if Torres missed three 1 on 1's and gave away the ball every time he had it yesterday! when are people on here going to speak with some sense about Torres and stop going way OTT because he doesn't score 5 goals a game!!! I'm all for criticizing a player who is not performing but the way people speak about Torres on here is a joke!

Kompany certainly takes most of the blame but Hart still should have saved it as he could still see the ball all the way even though he may have thought Kompany would block it, Hart is partly to blame.

I just cant see the Juve defense being able to handle the constant movement of Hazard and Mata and then if they can create for Torres i think he will put his chances away for a nice 2-0 win. COME ON CHELSEA!!!

in terms of the best of all time my vote would go to Lamps easily but in terms of my favourite player i'm torn between, Drogba, Lampard, JT, Cech, Ballack, Zola, Gudjohnsen, JFH, Carvalho and Makelele

The third one was also poor goalkeeping, as usual everyone tries to take the blame off of Hart and put all the blame on Kompany! and its not like Hart made world class save after world class save most of the saves he made were all pretty straight forward saves that you would expect any good keeper to save! again just shows how people overrate Hart because he's English. And where did i say you said he is the best keeper in the world? Hart is a good keeper but i rate Cech, Neuer, Casillas, Buffon and Handanovic above Hart.

The Benzema goal was awful goalkeeping, a goalkeeper can never be MOTM when his team loses and concedes 3 goals! he wasn't even City's best player, Yaya was, but the MOTM was easily Di Maria 2 assists and an absolute outstanding all round performance from him, he was everywhere and City could handle him. but i see your English so of course your going to overrate Hart like everyone in England!

its a defensive team yes, but its also a sensible team to play in this particular game.

we just got battered 4-1 last game! RDM clearly wants to sure things up and make sure we dont play so open again.

no he wont! because when Mata and Hazard are both fit and available they will always start which means you wont see Ramires and Bertrand both start out wide, so that rubbishes that theory! next game against Stoke Moses will most likely start with Mata and Hazard and then will see what your saying.

He will keep up with it in tricky away games against teams with attacking fullbacks.

we are playing away dont forget in these kind of games its not about going all out attack, what RDM is doing is sensible and makes sense, if it doesn't work then its very easy to change things with the players on the bench, Robbie is being very clever with this line up, i hope it works out for him and i think it will.

If we started with Moses and Sturridge out wide then i am sure Hughes would tell Bosingwa and Fabio not to go forward to much and they do have defensive wingers, Park and SWP both do a job defensively.

Stoke dont have Bosingwa, Fabio, SWP and Park as threats out wide so it makes perfect sense for Ramires and Bertrand to start.
