Maatsen is HG U21 (he was 21 when season starts) so he is not taking intl loan spot.

You can try to bend reality as much as you want, just watch him play and/or read Leicester fans opinion on him. One good game doesn't change the fact that so far he is nothing special for them

This season Badiashille? No, he cant. Colwill is average at that so far - showed some glimpses, maybe as CB he would be better at that. Silva is able to play very good long pass, but he is poor with playing short quick passes, he waits too long on the ball and is inviting too much pressure and the he is forced to play some panic pass. But he is so beloved by the fans that people are rarely calling him out for that.

Obviously it's true - currently we have defenders who can't play from the back and can't defend.

Considering we have so much problem with playing from the back with Colwill, Silva/Badi/Disasi then ball progressing CB is really needed.

Our CB situation is kinda weird: Silva - regressing, can show moment of class, but you can clearly see we should move on from him, saying this he is still our best CB Disasi - average at best, his main asset is being healthy Badiashille - after injury he is terrible, hope he will regain his form from last season (even though I think he is overrated, but it's my opinion) Colwill - playing out of position as LB, hasn't shown anything special, bad defensively, so basically is huge question mark how would he play as CB Fofana - injured for the season, huge question mark whether he will ever return to proper level, Chalobah - injured, propably will leave us soon, and also nothing special besides being Chelsea homegrown Gilchrist - young and inexperienced On loan: Bashir Humphreys - plays regularly in Championship, I have no idea whether he is good enough for us. So we have many CB players, but noone world class modern CB. We are suffering badly cause no defender can properly play out of the back. That's why we are looking at ball playing CBs like Todibo.

Right now I am not so sure about Poch 'coaching' - we are about 15 games in the season, and players still look like they are playgin for the first time together.

Also there is no Rodri and KDB, so trying to replace 3 great miedfielders with Kova and Nunes is not possible

Also Mudryk first touch is very bad.

With Nkunku and Chukwu injuries, Hall departure and Santos loan I don't think Ugochukwu will be loaned out

There is also Bashir, he is not listed as senor on the site, but he is training with senor squad, and is our only healthy backup as cb right now.
