I kind of agree tbh. I did think the article was a good read, but one thing that is forgotten is that supporters memories are often short, and if we sack benitez, bring in a good manager and the players start playing for the club, and putting in good performances, that feeling and atmosphere will return. I get his point, and things seem doom and gloom now. But in 6 months time it is quite likely a lot of those feelings could have subsided. Get rid of Rafa, and torres, draw a line under it. Bring in a respected manager. Ideally Jose, but moyes or anyone who is not rafa would be appreciated, then we will start to see a period of "rise".

Arn't we all... If in 5 years time they are still here and performing for us and love the club etc then hopefully. But that is a long way away at the moment. I am hoping that in the future we will talk about how legendary the team of mata hazard oscar KDB Lukaku chalobah have been for us. And if we can mention any in the same breath as the 3 before them then we can all be very happy as Chelsea fans.

? I'm talking about the football. They should have been fined for it, but everyone knew it was the ball boy to blame and that didn't change the football. At home we should have won if not for a couple of errors, but the errors happenned and we didn't play well at their place and then they comprehensively beat bradford. So in pure football terms i feel they were the deserved winners albeit we were arguably better over the two legs. And this season especially there has been far too much talk about the off pitch issues, that is has overshadowed the on pitch (by on pitch i mean the football, i know the "incident" occured on the pitch).

One thing though. Everton are 7 behind us which does provide more than a 2 game gap. Hopefully they have nothing to play for by the time we eventually play them.

Swansea are smashing bradford as expected... Could become 6 tbh, but still a very good achievement for them.

We need to get at least 12 points from our next 5 games as comparitevly they are easier. After that games get tough and games like being away to liverpool could become extremely crucial. Wheras arsenal have a tougher next few games but an easier last 3: And tottenham have a similar pattern to that with an easier final 3 games than us, though a tricky middle period: Which means we can really do with getting some early points on the board especially with arsenal playing tottenham next week. At least one of them is gonna drop points.

Bale is finding form at the wrong time for us and he will carry that team. They are also kind of the underdogs, so the pressure is firmly on us. Arsenal are as shit as we are, although they are looking a bit more consistent and soon will not be in any other competitons so will be able to concentrate on just getting top 4. Its gonna go down to the wire. Hopefully tottenham don't win tommorrow and we can keep third. But one bad gameweek and we can find ourselves in 5th.

The reasoning, is because he has great stamina, he can support the right back and then get up front fast and patrol the right hand side offering both defensive and offensive cover. But clearly Rafa hasn't seen many chelsea games as every chelsea fan knows that rambo on the right is like having bertrand on the left wing... IT DOESN'T WORK!

Rafa didn't exactly sound great in the pre game interview. He said: If we win, we are in a race for top 4, and if we lose we are in a race for top 4... So according to rafa it doesn't matter either way. We were shit, but i suppose at least it was city we lost to as opposed to some lower league team, as those games will become must win games.

Yep we didn't and we were shit. We didn't deserve to win it and we wern't helped by the awful management. We are gonna need to get a run going to get top 4. At leasr tottenham and arsenal theoretically have a tougher schedule than us.

I find it hard to see us getting top 4 with this idiot on charge. Can't make simple decisions that every Chelsea fan would make. Has to do something different and stupid. I. E. Let's rest our best defender against city yet play him in the Europa. Mikel and lamps in midfield Rambo on the right. Every Chelsea fan in the world knows that doesn't work. Then to top it off he doesn't change anything til we went behind... Again... And then takes off our second best player and leaves on our worst (in that game). The players didn't play well but wtf is he doing. I am confident he has no idea what to do. Sack him. Bring in anyone for the last 11 games of the season. Then bring back KDB.

Oh yeah 100 percent agree. I was being sarcastic as it is the most stupid decisions ever. That is what I meant. Him not starting vs city is so fucking stupid.
