I fully agree giroud is better than tammy at the moment. But i think lampard sees someone in tammy who he hopes he can mold into something. If it was the CL final and it was a giroud or tammy thing i reckon he'd play giroud.

Because frank doesn't want to play that way. Add on to that we have one of europes most prolfic strikers over the last couple years and then our leading scorer from last year in front of him in a system with only 1 striker. How often does a teams 3rd choice striker get lots of minutes. Very rarely. It is shit as he was great for us but it's just the way it goes at the moment.

We're not talking about 49 percent. We're talking about 12 percent which would put him in line with the other managers. 12 goals that kepa let in would have effected that. We only conceded the 3rd most shots in the league last season. No Eden would have obviously effected that. As I've said all along. Judge lamps at the end of the season. This is now his team and whilst they will still take time to gel these are his players. You can't just pick out the "worst" players under particular managerial regimes and then say but we won with them.
