He has none, while Costa has 1, just like Mata has none, while Willian has 1.
-
Ask Atletico fans 'Costa or Griezmann?' and they'll laugh hysterically before answering
-
I agree. He's not judas if he never double-crossed his heart, and that was obviously with United from early on. I'm not sure how & when it became clear he loved United, but it feels true, and you can't slate a man for following his passion. You can only slate him for slating what he once called a love.

So solid I mistook him for a rap group from the 90's.

Btw I don't know who else was introduced to football when United were top dogs, but I was, and they were gods then; beating them was like beating Ali or Senna. Beating them now, with genuine ease (I believe this is the 1st ever season we've been clearly superior to them), is borderline orgasmic. Bigger rivals than Arsenal/Tottenham/Liverpool by far, none of those teams have a shred of significant history vs. us. Only United and Barcelona are our rivals. And now, they're our students, displayed by the pathetic attempt to pull-off our formation Top dogs, finally. I just hope we're top dogs for 4 seasons in a row, which I know we have the potential to do if we're ruthless in all areas from management to on the pitch.

Titus Bramble has probably equaled his net worth over the years. His points are pointless.

I'll bet you near-enough the dugout there was more than 1 fan shouting lovely things at Mourinho from 'thank you' to 'Mourinho, Mourinho! Please, sign this!'. I'm even more sure that before/after the game, more than 1 Chelsea fan saw him and felt butterflies inside. He got love today, from a large portion of us. To focus on 25-odd people who made up a chant, out of tens of thousands, again, speaks more for where his head is at than where our heart is now.

If you can't expect your striker to give his best vs. Manchester United, nor Sunderland, you can't expect much from them in the Champions League. If you neither excel vs. the top teams nor neither excel vs. the bottom teams you are by process of elimination, average. Costa is an average striker considering what Chelsea can attract. Those are the best words to sum up what could turn into another Oscar-like fiasco, unless we act early. Cut him while the memories are good, not when our reality turns sour. Foresight is a gift only humans are blessed with; let's use it.

Only under Jose do I expect to steamroll United into a 2D version of what they once were.
-
Instead of 'I'm glad to see the team I declared my love for doing well even without me', instead of 'well, they haven't won anything yet', it's, 'Look what *I* did though!'.

Mourinho is the only ex-employee we will ever boo, and while that speaks volumes, it also means our class remains (along with City's, since they barely have any top ex-players to welcome back to the Etihad .)

He stopped running entirely, not 1 more jog, around 87 minutes in (I made a mental note), and we had around 4 minutes added time. So for 7 minutes in that scenario, then plus all the other moments he stood there while i was observing someone else/peeing/eating, he stood around, which when added up, would be for around 20 minutes. If the ball he was playing meant he ended up on the wing, he stayed there, leaving no striker up top. If he passed the ball to the United defender (which he did, which lead to our first sign of pressure in 15+ mins), he just stood there, right where he lost the ball, not even jogging, while all the rest of the team run back to our goal to stop the possible goal Diego just gave them. Is it Conte's tactics or is it Diego? Either way, it is unacceptable for a player to not be out of breath vs. a fierce rival. The likes of them are despised in every team and rightly so; they know how to kick a ball, but they don't know football. Diego can kick a ball, push an impressive bench-press and no more.

What's amazing is, it's by far. By far he's the best midfielder, regardless whether we're talking defensive or offensive midfielder. No other player is consistently playing as-if they could dominate the game in any decade they were plopped in. Nobody else but him. Draw up the all-time XI of any club and you could switch a midfielder with Kante and expect around the same success. Highest compliments have to go to him. He is one of the greatest players of all time and his story is not nor will ever I fear be properly documented.
-
10,000 miles. He covered 10,000 miles vs. United. Understand that if there was a direct bridge built over the lands, Kante would've run from London to Adelaide in Australia within 90 minutes.
-
(I for one have been calling him shit WHILST he bangs in goals, so don't include me in that. He really is terrible.)
-
It's the first time at the final whistle that I've seen Conte completely ignore the fact he's expected to seek the other manager's hand to shake. Obviously he already knew Jose wouldn't shake hands, and he'd rather not get dissed, but still, it's telling that he'll at least try to shake everyone's hand but Jose's.
-
Other fans would think we're crazy for our comments, but they only see very carefully picked highlights. And other than Torres & unfortunately Matic, I myself have never seen a Chelsea starting player have bad form for 3+ months.
-
Erase Torres's name from our history and I can't think of a worse striker.
-
I know which player I saw stop running first.
-
We would really improve with a striker who likes to dribble as much as Hazard does. The best option is absolutely Dybala Dybala Dybala. We need that player who loves to curl it in from awkward angles and dance around players with genuine skill leading to genuine penalties.
-
Man United playing like Women in Shambles
-
Willian thought if he copied Moses's hair, Conte would accidentally pick him. He was right. But now we have to be worried that our manager would pick the same player twice.
-
did... did Jose just take off his best finisher
-
Oh shit Costa's playing, I think I just saw a striker
