Actually I need some genuine help here, I just reminded myself of something - Can anyone recommend easy ways to get healthy fats into my diet? I don't eat fish regularly, and even when I do, a typical salmon fillet apparently has less than 12g of fat, which really isn't enough for a daily intake. I definitely don't consume enough healthy fats considering I despise peanuts & peanut butter, don't eat nuts in general, never eat seeds, olive oils etc. are too high calorie for me (at the moment) to consume, so all I can really think of is Avocados

I don't believe in 'diets'; only lifestyle choices, but once every few months, me and my mum try out on of the 'diets' to see how they work or just how they taste - and I wouldn't call this one a 'diet' per say, but if anyone's wanting to feel amazing physically, mentally, spiritually etc. i highly recommend trying out a Mediterranean eating regime for a week or two. Lots of vegetables, seafood if you're into that stuff, healthy fats etc.

I'm spending my day watching The Adventures of Jackie Chan. Planning to furiously masturbate to Babestation later at around 10PM as my internet will be cut off for an hour or so. I'm hungry. Eaten a banana, plum and drank some milk. Not enough for me. Very little food in the house you see. Might find time to go get some food... or there's this rabbit which keeps appearing in front of my house; perhaps it would make a decent meal. My notes for the day.

(I know I post loads of rubbish about poo and penises and it's a complete miracle that my rep is over 20), but anyway, I think my personality could be directly compared to a tiger. Both. I did research though and flaccid doesn't matter as it's only about how many blood cells are stored in the penis or some shit. Flaccid was like, 1.5 inches (3.8cm) I think and stiff was around 5.4" (13.7cm), but I'm only 17 (nearly 18) so still growing (I hope) :blue scalf: Also once I lose a further 20lbs, it should, in theory, reveal another .6" (1.5cm) taking it to a whopping 6" (15.24cm) ..... Didn't do girth, fuck that shit. It's skinnier than a pencil though. (I feel SO gay right now.)

So proud of our fans who go to games and sing about getting him out. So rarely are we heard, but we're once again getting back some of that old school Chelsea 'thug' (I use that term lightly) image from pre-Roman.

I absolutely love the shit we're getting on Twitter from (mainly) Liverpool fans, followed by Man Utd & then Arsenal because of this rant of Rafa's. It's complete jealousy and nothing else :-) I know many on here want us being a nicely run club, peaceful fans, and basically a model club - but I absolutely love & thrive off of us being hated. I really do love it. Mourinho would complete it with his arrogance which I believe us, as fans, deserve to share. Champions of Europe, we basically own the F.A. Cup, joint 2nd most Premier League titles, multiple records broken. All this while Arsenal & Liverpool continue to rot and Manchester United have no 'downs' thus nothing to ever cheer about. Ah. Love being blue.

Just going to put this bluntly and I really do not care if it's 'offensive' to anyone as it's just a body part - MY WILLY HAS GROWN! FUCK YES! FINALLY! Well not grown, but since losing weight there's obviously less fat around the pubis, thus meaning more of the penis is exposed. Just measured it and giggled like a 12 year old boy watching a sex scene during an American Pie movie. Gone from below average to just above average. LADIES COME AT ME.
