They also sold Cesc knowing Xavi will leave too...I guess they didnt fill the expectations that barca board had. But in all honesty Cesc, Alexis and before Ibra had little real chance to amaze the board because whole Barca is jerking on messi and iniesta/xavi. I can see Neymar leaving in few years too. They are all top players; but barca cant unleash their full potential I guess. Even 19 goals from Sanchez seems not to impress barca to keep him...

Tottenham...the difference is liverpool will splash on "world class" english players...
-
Liverpool without Suarez = average. I will be happy if he goes.

Whoever comes, I will fucking miss Ash, Ricky, Drogba, Lamps, Cech, Makelele, Bison, Terry, Paulo,...That generation was simply too good and I doubt there will be any other generation that I will like more. Ash, thank you for 8 years and best of luck wherever you go now :tophat:

Gaal will definately bring another dutchman there IMO. Either Strootman, Blind or Robben (dificult though). Indeed strong team. But their defence will be terrible again if they dont buy proper Cb or two.
-
60m is too much, but I doubt he will go for less considering the transfers recently. Juve aint stupid.

I would prefer him either #10 or on RW, with Hazard in middle and Schurrle/Willian left. But we should consider 4:3:3, with Cesc, Oscar and Matic in middle. Cesc isnt exactly hard worker and Matic will get exposed many times because he likes to drift forward (Ramires could cover him in last season, but Cesc probably wont) and its important to have Oscar in team because he is tacticaly sound and he will cover for Matic if he can. Creativity wont be such a problem because we also have Cesc now, but unless we get Pogba or Vidal I wouldnt consider replacing Oscar. Not with James, Kroos etc who dont defend enough to be played next to Cesc and Matic. Its team game and indiviudual isnt important. Its what the team achieves. And if we will be winning with Oscar, he will do a good job. People wanted Mata out because he was not good without the ball, Oscar on other hand is. If you want creative CAM; we had Mata. But Oscar does a lot more. Maybe not in attack, but his contribution helps his team win. He is probably a bit tired and thats why we should buy someone like Pogba who can exchange with Oscar if he plays bad or is tired. I also think his attacking sense was heavily limited by Mou and Scolari who use him for winger, DM, CM,...but never for pure #10 role with freedom. He is probably bit tired also, he isnt exactly Ramires or Toure body wise and that is the biggest question I ask myself. He can be good, but with such play, running up and down, he will be always exhausted after few games and who knows what will happen in few years; injuries,...

I dont see smallest need to have Kroos or James, they are quality but we dont need them. However I would love to have Pogba at Chelsea. Our midfield is still quite weak, and Pogba is the ideal man to play in 4:3:3. And if we get him, ferguson and united failure will be even bigger. Thats always good to hear. He is different than Neymar, James,...those are attackers while Pogba is incredibly versatile CM and he will be one of best in the future.

Monaco says hi
-
Its so unbelievable to see everyone would sell Oscar to buy James... "Oh Oscar only made great pass and cross that should end with goal but the rest he was shit"..."oh James is soo fantastic oh my"...but then again football isnt just about attacking. Oscar does the job that people dont see and no other #10 can do in the world. Cesc will add creativity but Oscar will do rest. Finaly, everyone is so smart and tries to explain Oscar isnt typical #10, but in next sentence they blast him that he doesnt offer enough in attack. Ffs he is working his ass im defence and thats why he isnt as much in attack as he could be. James is main guy in colombia while Oscar works his ass off to acomodate Neymar. Stop playing fifa and fucking support Oscar as long he is here. Ffs he wont score 5 goals and 3 assists every game and even then someone smart would be found and say "oh but he didnt save a penalty". You miss something once you lose it they say. James is Monaco player and Oscar is ours. Stop getting in James ass and dont blame Oscar for everything.
-
Gotze was amazing along Reus in Bvb, he has to adopt in bayern now...same with Neymar, Oscar and Hazard who also play for huge clubs. On other hand, James is yet to find a big club to play for. Monaco simply isnt that. But when it comes to best individuals of world club, he is ahead of them, no doubt.

What I see is that he is EXTREMELY agressive while playing due to his emotional thinking... Fifa banned him because of his terrible behaviour and not because he would want to hurt somebody (in that case Sakho, Song...should be punished too). The punishment is fair because what he did is something you just dont do if you are normal...but that isnt pointing on that he wanted to hurt Chiellini..probably he wanted agressive reaction from italian and get a penalty or sth. But no matter what, that was sick. The video above, the dives, the bites, that hand in 2010, all point that he is massive cunt. Should get 6 month ban to finaly learn something.

Goal.com editor saw Pogba playing FM with chelsea, and that was his 'special source'. Then he made news about 60m move...in case something realy happens, he can say he was first. But right now, he is clueless as shit... Thats how Goal works...and people buy that shit day after day...
-
Fabregas in terms of work rate and defensive ability offers as much as Mata. He isnt someone who would run whole game and thats why I dont see him as CM. But if that works fine, I think we dont need Pogba. But if Cesc cant work in CM properly, then I am sure we need either Pogba or Vidal. But we definaltey dont need James, Kroos or whoever...Oscar and Cesc are enough for now, unless one gets sold.
-
Who is doing the transfers in united? They will have bunch of players who probably wont even fit into Gaal system. He doesnt know the team, old players, new players bar Rvp... I would understand if he came back from brazil, sell deadwood and buy players he wants...
-
Stereotypes are the worst...no matter how much Manu or Barca spend, Chelsea, city or real will always be the ones who buy success while united or barca create it...fucking media...
-
Trust me, getting Pogba wouldnt stall Baker in any way. Either he will improve to get a chance or he wont. Its on HIM to fight for first team. Its not like we give youngsters many chances; Baker will have to be amazing to get into this team, with or without Pogba. I do want Baker to succeed here very much but this is reality...
-
Time will tell if this was worth or not...if he turns into Cole 2.0, and keeps their LB for next 10 years, 30m would be bargain. They are also paying for potential rather than just current form and Shaw can be realy good one day. If he flops, 10m would be too much. Anyway, time will tell who won in this battle. As they say the bigger the risk the bigger the reward...
-
If we didnt win that CL in 2012, Eden would never come. And now he is evolving into top player. That win was extremely important for our future.
-
A cunt as big as him should get more punishment. Back then when he stoped that ball vs ghana, I knew what a cunt he is.
-
Jack of all trades, master of none? Well first of all, he is 22 and he can become master of many things in few years. Thats what people call development. Pogba isnt realy world class at anything yet. Neither is James. But they will be in few years.
-
Not lost; I meant missed. English talent isnt realy floating around and I will be pissed if there will be not a single english player in our team after terry and Cahill leave. Baker to the rescue I guess.
-
In five years, his contract is off without extention. Sure things change, but he looks to be mad on chelsea and could push through in few years time. He doesnt extend and United will have to sell, or they will lose it on free. But thats just speculation. If he realy performs well, and we expres interest, I can see Cole type move.
-
Shaw or Herrera are just talents, Vidal for example (if he decides to move) will only want to go to top side and spend his best years remaining on absolute top. United isnt that atm. Im sure Cesc was prime target for them, but he refused them. As did Kroos.
