I want to get excited over all this potential transfer stories but at the same time, I'm also cautious over not getting excited because all of these are gonna be totally pointless if/when we don't qualify for the Champions League, especially when the league is basically reset and god knows what might happen. If we don't qualify for the Champions League, we're gonna be talking about and signing the likes of Drinkwater, Bakayoko etc again.

You destroyed the fun there but never mind... Out of the two, it would make more sense to buy Werner because we need someone in his position. Havertz wouldn't be a bad addition at all but how would we fit him (and others) into a cohesive system? Our midfield, including the attacking players, is stacked.

Not that. It's more the fact that no one even bothered about Havertz before this but because the Bundesliga is the only football happening right now (and also because he is performing), people suddenly realize his existence and his qualities.

Of course Bayern would want the best players of their rivals in their team. How typical of them... Are Leverkusen really gonna stick with their 100 million price tag? Havertz would be a fool to join Real Madrid at this point of his career...
