Regarding the CB position, it feels like we're not going to buy a new one unless we can get rid of one. There has been barely any rumors at all on this position.

It is not a case of building a team around Werner but finding different ways to play when the lineup is different. How then would you line up and play when Lampard plays Werner upfront?

Only way I see Klopp leaving is if he does so on his own. Can't see FSG sack him unless they have a 'Mourinho Season' maybe. Still has 4 more years on his contract.

IIRC, we are gonna play like every 3-4 days till the end of July. So Lampard is definitely going to rotate and keep everyone fresh.

This was always gonna happen at some point. Liverpool were never going to sustain their ridiculous form from earlier this season. We saw a drop off with Man City and the same is likely happening with Liverpool, especially when they don't have any great backup options beyond their starting XI.

Perhaps I am just being too fancy here but given Werner's versatility and others', we can try playing him upfront and create a fluid front 3/4. Werner starts as ST, drifts to the left > Pulisic from the LW, drifts into the space vacated or the No.10 charges into the space vacated by Werner and Pulisic drifts to the No.10 area etc. Am sure Lampard would experiment and/or play him there once in a while, going by his comments on Friday.
