Imo EPL has gone down in overall quality.....yeah city and pool look good, bút thats both thanks to time, money and the said quality of the League. Teams dont defend as well as we were used to, several elite Clubs like Chels UTD Arsenal have gone below the standards. There is no way city would get super high pts with records broken if you put them in 2004-2010. Its hectic yes, but not the same quality imo.
