Exactly my point, we just needed not to lose here, play compact. I take that over this in a knock out game. We all knew we would get fucked, at least try to make it respectable. Sometimes its like Lamps hasnt played footy at all. im just fuming.....we could have done better here.

You can, just be more compact, stay super close to their attackers, shut out any Space that can kill you. In these games its needed when you are simply outgunned and out experienced.

Im sorry but we should have gone safer, this is a knock-out game, you play for a result like what AM did to pool. Amazing FL cant recognize that, he knows all about it. You do not go guns blazing vs these, especially with injured players out.

I agree, but when you are outgunned you play safer, you play for a result, especially when you know that defence has a few fuck ups in their sleeve every game

Lamps inability to sort that defence....and us being as clinical as dog shit makes this very hard. So sad, we could have gotten something if just a bit more pragmatic and some of the boys back.
