Great imagination and i would love to have such a team but this is just a dream

The Problem was the fuckin Modric Story... A marquee signing was suposed to join and loaning out Benayoun seemed to be needed but the board fucked it up..
-
We never know if we sack him right now. An other possibility (to that one from the KDB Thread) is that he wanted to bring in some new faces but that he wasn't able to sell players. Drogba, Malouda for example..
-
That's the risk you take with a 34-year old manager... Too early to judge after just 7 month in charge.
-
Benayoun would be a regular starter and I would be pleased to have him here but before the season started many people thought that we would be far better and that we could include some of our youngsters. The same with AVB. Most fans wanted him so they should stick to him!
-
I just say that at the start of the season most of us (including me) felt that Benayoun isn't needed at chelsea and were backing the decision to loan him out. So it's not fair to blame our Manager..
-
I think he wanted to raise our standard in the first season without massive signings so that the pressure isn't that high. I guess he knew how difficult his first season would be..
-
To say he was stupid because he loaned out Benayoun is ridiclulous. No one wanted Benayoun and every one was happy that he was loaned out. So don't say that you knew how important he could have been right now. Many fans change their mind every two weeks so that they always know what's right but this isn't how it works...
-
AVB said that KDB isn't part of his plans and that he wasn't involved in the transfer so I see no chance that he would include him right now. But it should be possible to take him but only with a massive fee
-
Mata doesn't play as well as he has shown at the start of the season and his travelling all over the field makes uns easy to defend because our left wing isn't engaged most of the game. We have to bring in some new lads who lead our team because Mata isn't such a guy.
-
Too easy to Focus on Torres as usual. Cole, Bosingwa, Mereiles, Lampard, Mata,.... were all shit. so we should replace all of them?

Rebuilding of Chelsea and players who you want out or in?

First of all I want to see most Chelsea Fans leave because they hunt the short-term success and don't see the real problems in our club. After that it's time to end the mourinho era by selling (most of) his players and bringing in some lads who don't dream of him returning to the bridge -
Mourinho is one of the clubs problems so why should we take him back? He is a honoourable Member of our History but not our future. He wouldn't make the needed decisions cause he loves our deadwood

I have nothing to add to your comments. You should become a honorary member of this forum.

sacking him would be our normal reaction but thats why we are in the present situation... Stick to the coach and let him grow with the Team... Even a year or two without UCL wouldnt kill us...
-
but its not chelsea like to be objective. It's Mereiles, Torres Bosingwa and the Coach (no matter who the coach is). Lampard, Cole, Drogba, Essien etc. will be protected to death....
-
its not the coach its the club.....
-
The last team wh have had green shirts we have won the Euros I think. Hope thats a good sign

I'd love to see Toni Kroos in our Shirt but this seems to be impossible.. -
4-3-3 is superior to 4-4-2 the very because of the triangles on the field. Mourinho smashed the league because of it. There's no reason to install the 4-4-2. A possibility could be the 4-2-3-1 and foocus on the counter..
-
I'm pretty much with you but the 4-4-2 formation and lukaku. stick to the formation and play the counter..
-
Stop picking words out of my comment to support your theory. I pointed out that our situation isn't aas bad as you say not that it's an achievement to be in the knock-out stages of the UCL
-
You said that he only does what the Club is telling him ---> no influence The results aren't as good as all of us expect but thats not only his fault and his work is much more than the 90 minutes on the pitch. Actually that is the smallest part of his work.. Don't blame everyone that soon. Right now we hace 43 Points and are still competing in the UCL and the FA Cup. If we compare this with past seasons we aren't that bad. The Problem is that there are teams who play an outstanding season (just in results).
-
And it is very easy to be pathetic and to throw in some thoughts like they are untouchable. Its quite normal that there are long term targets (like Lukaku) which doesnt depend on the actual manager. But to say he has no influence and that his work is shit is ridiculous. You don't have the oppurtunity to judge him or to say whats going on behind closed doors because you are not involved in the clubs buisness. Possible that you are not totally wrong but even if you are right it is no reason to act as condescending as you do
