No other Arab nation will take them because despite all the media in the Arab world no other nation there can, or wants to, take them. As soon as countries tried to take to them in 50 years ago they showed up, caused terrorism in those nations, and tried to attack Israel and other places from there. The Palestinian cause in the Arab world is simply about justifying ancient tribalism. The UK should have kept a military force there to enforce the 1947 borders.
