Opinions in Holland are precarious. Some people think he's is good enough for the starting XI of the National Squad. Others don't understand why he is selected. You have to understand that some people in Holland dislike him, just because he moved to Chelsea. A lot of young Dutch talents move to England lately and in Holland there is a lot of fuss about it. Fortunately Van Marwijk gives him a fair chance, also because of his loan to HSV. I am a big fan of Bruma and he played pretty good against Sweden. The other central defender made two mistakes wich lead to goals, so he couldn't help that they lost. Bruma made some rookie mistakes, but that's because of a lack of experience. I hope he'll start at Euro2012.

@migeru_cb migeru Chelsea are close to signing José Ángel Pozo (15) from Real Madrid according to several reports. cc @chelseayouth He is a pretty reliable source. He reported Romeu en Etock (is he a Chelsea player or not?) pretty early and eventually got those right. Pozo is a 15-year old striker and also plays for Spain U-17 whilst his teammates are at least one year older.

He played the full 90 minutes for Holland last night. He had a solid performance. Not much to do really, good to see he was chosen over Boulahrouz.

Well, he scored recently but hasn't played everything. He was a unused sub for a two games in a row, 2/3 weeks ago. Likely to start in First XI for Holland against Finland this week.

Well we also have Bruma en Kalas. I'm not so sure about Bruma but Kalas has been very impressive at Vitesse in his first games. He played every game the full 90 minutes. Good footballer en great defender. Luiz is 24 and we have Ivanovic. I think it would block the development of Bruma, Kalas en Chalobah if we buy a defender now.

Luiz is a great defender and in the future he could be our leader yes, but for that to happen he needs to learn English. He is learning that right now and improves his English every week. So in the future he could definitely be our leader but somebody stated he would pair Luiz up with Pique if possible which I wouldn't do at this time, maybe over a couple of years. I don't think we have to buy a defender, our Academy is filled with great defensive talents.

No, but for now he is our leader in the defensive line and, as last season showed, apparently the only one who can organize our defense because last season our defense was crap without him. I was indeed overrating him by calling him the best defender in the world. But he is still topclass. Pique isn't a better defender, Vidic is worse, Vermaelen is better when he plays, which he hasn't done much in the EPL.

Welll, maybe a bit But Terry is still a great defender and you won't find defenders more suitable for Chelsea. He is in top 5 defenders. You want a defense without a leader. Without organization? Pique is very overrated and defensively clumsier than Luiz.

Terry is still the best defender in the world imo. His personal performance may not be perfect all the time but he's an excellent leader and he organizes our entire defence. Last season our defensive line was terrible under Ancelotti and especialy in the time Terry was injured. But then Terry came back and he immediately organized the defense. Our performance was and is still a lot better with Terry in the team. He maybe made mistakes last couple seasons, but everybody does and we simply don't have a better defender in our squad.

Only Rooney and Van Persie has scored more in 2011. Not bad for a midfielder who is 'too old and slow'.

Well, Villas-Boas really sees Sturridge as a right-winger judging by his statements lately. Honestly I'm not sure if he is good enough. He was brilliant in pre-season and he linked very well with Torres. He is a huge talent and has a huge drive towards the goal but he isn't a classic right winger. We still don't have enough depth in our squad, especially not in the wide positions. I hope Kalou en Anelka leave next season and as far as I know, nobody from the Academy is coming up. So it's important for us to buy some wingers.

He was Wigan's man of the match in the game against Everton and is selected for Holland U-21 again after having a conflict with the coach. Hopefully he will soon be in the National Squad
