  1. You might think its down to the players and not the manager, but Avram Grant has equalled the record set by Jose Mourinho. Mourinho's first 28 matches at Chelsea saw the Blues win 21 times, draw five and lose just two fixtures, and now Avram Grant has repeated this feat. Whether it is down to the squad or not, its a pretty good record.
  2. I want Alonso's head, although I don't want to stain the Stamford Bridge turf with his Scouse blood. His head shall roll elsewhere.
  3. Exactly. With 88 minutes on the clock he sprinted 50 yards to get back, stole the ball and ran another fifty with the ball at his feet.
  4. We missed a midfield dynamo last night, although Sidwell had a good game in a defensive position. It suits him much more.
  5. Spot on, he makes a few errors and a lot of fairweathers just jump at him. He is a true professional.
  6. And congratulations on getting your team through to the League Cup final
  7. Yup. I haven't been to Wembley yet, but there isn't a chance I'll miss this one.
  8. Cech must have been pissed off not being there for his wife and child. So how about a clean sheet in dedication to them? Brilliant @ Ricky10 - use the edit button
  9. ANOTHER save by Cech. MOTM without question. Great ball by Malouda for the goal.
  10. All Chelsea so far, but we really need a goal to settle this
  11. 0-0 half time. We have looked pretty decent when defending, just outnumbered when we attack
  12. Malouda should have scored, good play by the Yellows
  13. Its been all Everton but that was to be expected in fairness. We need to weather the storm of the first half to take the sting out of Everton, and play on the counter.
  14. Belletti had a decent chance, some good running. Everton have a corner, Cech saves!
  15. We're nothing without a midfield dynamo. Sidwell has to show what he is made of.
  16. I made them seperate because knowing half the people on this forum, they will think these as all one big group of predictions, not read through the deadlines and predict them all wrong. Having them set up like this is a lot less confusing for those people, and instead of having lots of different deadlines, having two threads with two seperate deadlines makes it easier for me to manage. I was originally going to have it as you suggested, but for the above reason, it would just complicate things. It would have been easier if it was just Sat and Sun fixtures as I could put them all in one thread with one deadline, but unfortunately these games are set awkwardly.
  17. Its bound to me affected the weather unfortunately. Hopefully, the pitch won't be so badly affected.
  18. http://www.talkchelsea.net/forum/index.php?showforum=34 Its up
