Yes but that does not justify the way some players like Frank acted. He was after all the manager, and the players jobs are to follow his plans. Them trying obviously to get him sacked is disgraceful. I will never forget the scenes of our players wasting time while the team was loosing 2-0 at everton.

No one is saying that Lamps should leave now, or that we should "cash in" on him. But Frank has said on numerous occasions that he would like to do a "Gigs", in that case, I really can't see him playing here at the age of 37. All I'm saying is that when he can offer nothing more to the club and he still wants to play, it would be best to end his contract with mutual agreement so he can play elsewhere.

Well yes, he left because of Allegry preferred a different type of player to play in the DM position, but that is a tactical choice, it does not mean that they thought he wasn't good enough. They even offered him a contract extension which he refused.
