I was watching the sunday supplement, and they mentioned Alan Nixon(from the mirror) being confident that Chelsea have the proof of UEFA's assurance and te signature on Kakuta's pre contract is his mother's. He probably must have got this story from a club's inside. HOPEFULYY!!
-
Not Sure about Bosingwa next season. He seemed flabbergasted at the Club holding him as a bait for Ribery Transfer. Next season he might just leave. Anelka needs a new contract. He wont leave us...thats for fucking sure. Deco and Ballack's contracts end at the end of this season. So if they both move on, we will seriously lack a midfielder or two in the middle.

Fucking Fantastic News That!!! UEFA gave us the go and FIFA bans us. If we prove that FIFA and Sepp Blatter along with UEFA and Platini would look like such DUMB FUCKS!!!!
-
The media in last couple of days have literally done a post mortem on our academy. They talk about how the youngsters have failed, how none of them could make the first teams. There are soo many articles about it...im just sick of it. Fuckong hell they expect kids purchased in last 4 yrs to make it to the first team.
-
Godd...these little clubs are comming out like PESTS from their fucking holes....
-
For Fuck Sake....nowhere have they mentioned he is quitting the club. He will retire from International Football is what he is saying.
-
His style of working has brought a bad name to the club. John Obi Mikel, Ashley Cole, Kakuta, Michael Woods and two other youngsters from Leeds, plus he was accused of offerring 150K to a Middleboro youngster over three years to play for Chelsea. I think its time we Kick him out as this isnt the first time and this has to be the final nail in his coffin.

Man Utd could get away with a lighter Ban or a Fine. As Pogba's contract at that time still needed approval by the French Football Federation. Plus Man Utd havent registered Pogba with them as yet as he is still to get the international clearance and probably they wont register him now untill the dust settles down. Whereas we played Kakuta without an international clearance and in our case Kakuta contract was approved by French Football Fed. Wont be surprised to see Man Utd escape with a lighter Ban.
-
A French Player can Turn Pro at 16 in Italy its 18 hence Man Utd could get away with the Macheda case.. According to Lens Kakuta signed a pre Contract to be a pro at 16 (Precisely the time when we "poached" him) which was rubber stamped by the French Football Fed. Plus Chelsea played him in the reserves before Kakuta could get an International Clearance.

Chelsea Suspect Anti-english Conspiracy - Reports

You guys need to stop crying like we are victimized!!! Firstly, if you see the way we have been dealing with transfers since Roman took over you'll know why FIFA Singled us out. We are just a bit too aggresive in our transfers policy. John Obi Mikel, Michael Woods, Kakuta, Asheley Cole incidences have been reported and well publicised by the journos. Naturally FIFA will take a note of it and make Chelsea an Example for other clubs. Other clubs definately do it but they are not as"In your Face" with their tranfers as we are. Id say GET A LIFE!!! AND STAND THE FUCK UP TO IT!!!! -
You'r a NUTCASE!! How does a 16 yr old know whats good or bad for him...He will only go where hes told all his dreams would come true. Mikel Obi, Asheley Cole, M. Woods and now Kakuta also there was some middleboro player who was offered 150k to join us. Frank Arnesen has been invloved in alot of underhand dealings which has brought the club a bad reputation. Wont be surprised to see Arnesen get the BOOT

An 18 year old is at the centre of the storm. He is the jewel of our academy. I can only imagine the burden he will be under to live up to all the expectations as the Club have gone to such extents to snap him and because of him the Club has been handed a very severe Ban. Its one of those issues which could make him or break him as a player.

Manchester United could face similar transfer ban to Chelsea
Matt Dickinson, Chief Sports Correspondent Recommend?

Manchester United could be the second of the Barclays Premier League's “big four” to be hit by a transfer ban after Le Havre confirmed yesterday that they are pursuing a “very similar” case to that won by Lens against Chelsea. Alain Belsoeur, the managing director of Le Havre, told The Times that the outcome of the Chelsea hearing was “very important and very encouraging” as they seek Fifa sanctions against United for allegedly “stealing” Paul Pogba, the teenage prodigy. Le Havre insist that Pogba was under contract to them when he left for United this summer. They claim to have a pre-contract agreement signed by the player - and witnessed by his parents - in November 2006 that committed him to a professional contract from his 16th birthday, in March. Instead, the player allegedly walked away and turned up at Old Trafford. The French club claim to have evidence that inducements were offered to Pogba's parents and say that details will be included in their submission to Fifa.
Related Links
Chelsea to appeal stunning transfer ban

United have strenuously denied that they made any payments or have done anything against the rules. “It is complete nonsense,” a spokesman said. “Everything has been done within Uefa guidelines.” Nevertheless, Fifa has yet to grant international clearance for Pogba to represent United and, with the French federation supporting Le Havre, it appears certain that the case will go before the world governing body. “Of course we are still pursuing our case,” Belsoeur said. “It is a very serious case. We are confident that we'll win because it is in the best interests not just of our club but of sport. “We spend €5million [about £4.3million] on our academy every year out of a turnover of €12million. It is a huge investment. We do that to give a chance to our players to develop for our first team, not to be an academy for others. What is the point of investing in an academy if the players leave at 16? This is clearly a message from Fifa to protect the education system.” Le Havre, from Ligue 2, have a history of developing teenage talent and also of litigation against English clubs. They were engaged in a legal battle with Newcastle United over Charles N'Zogbia that lasted more than three years. Le Havre insisted that N'Zogbia had breached his contract and were initially awarded €300,000 in compensation by Fifa. They appealed and in 2007 the Court of Arbitration for Sport insisted that N'Zogbia should pay £440,000 and Newcastle £200,000. “It took 3 years and we received about a quarter of what Newcastle received from Wigan when they sold the player,” Belsoeur said. He described Newcastle at the time as “predators”. In the case of Pogba, Le Havre signed him at 13 from a small club in Paris. They had high hopes for the defensive midfield player, who has captained France Under-16s. But they heard rumours in May that United were interested. They claim that they rang Old Trafford to explain that Pogba was under contract and say that they spoke directly to Brian McClair, United's academy director. United went ahead with signing Pogba as a scholar and, according to Belsoeur, offered him a deal worth £3,500 a week as soon as he turns 17, the age at which players in England can sign full professional contracts. Belsoeur said that many clubs in Europe would be delighted at the punishment against Chelsea because they were fed up with rich Premier League clubs poaching the best young talent. “We are not the only club who have had players stolen,” Belsoeur said. “The reputation of British clubs is that they don't produce many players for their national team but take them away from foreign countries. We hope this [Fifa's ruling] will change the behaviour of English clubs, but we will have to see.”

FB, I think you are talking about the FC Sion. The ban hasnt been revoked. The Ban has been suspended till the Court of Arbitration takes a decision which allowed them to buy players this summer. Chelsea will appeal for the ban to be annulled till the decision is made by the CoA which will allow Chelsea to possible gor for Aguero or Ribery irrespective of whether they are cup tied or NOT.

Definately NOW!!!!

I really dont care we are banned. It doesnt affact our chances tihs season by ANY MEANS!!!! We have a big enough squad. Infact it is the biggest We've had for a while. Last 3 seasons we are virtually playing with the same midfield, same attackers and same back line except for one or two players. Still we managed to reach Finals of Chapions League with an inefficient Manager, almost made it to the Finals last season if it wasnt for the Bald Fuck, missed the league on the last day and if it wasnt for Scolari's stubborness, we would have won it last season. All This with the SAME SQUAD!!!!...all we need is a stable manager. I dont see any reason why we cant do it in the next two seasons provided we have a stable management. The Squad is together for a while now, they know each other very well. all we need to worry about is players like Bosingwa, Essien, Joe Cole, Ballack and Deco dont leave in the next two seasons. Also, we might unearth a bright academy product in next two years.
-
I think we wont see much activity in the transfer thread for next two seasons
-
My only concern next year is Bosingwa or Ivanovic moving from Chelsea. We may have pissed Bosingwa off this summer by putting him as a Bait for the Ribery Transfer when Bosingwa clearly didnt want to leave. Next season he may show us the "Bird" and ask for a transfer to Bayern.
-
There is an over reaction for Sure. And a hypocrisy is blatant. Kakuta has been asked to pay 700000pounds along with the Club is unfair for breaking the contract. But Mutu being asked to pay 14m is FAIR? Fair or NOt if you breach a Code or Contract You Pay, I dont care if its my Club player or someone else. I dont have a problem with this ruling by FIFA unless FIFA has started to crack down on other clubs as well.
-
Great!! As if other clubs have never ever Tapped up any player before. I always thought our transfer dealings have been risky with the ObiMikel Transfer saga, Ashley Cole Tapping up incident, also I think theMichael Woods from Leeds had an out of court settlement. But every club does it..No Big deal. I think the Ban will be reduced to 1 year but Its still a BIG BAN cuswe wont be able to go for players like Aguero and Ribery next summerand January Window is not very important as no top players areavailable and if they are they are cup tied. So 18 monhts or 12 months its a Big Ban IMO. Pros from this situation. The Squad will be united, lots of youngsters will get a chance, ourFinances of the club will drastically improve as we are forced not tospend money next summer. Cons Ballack 34 next season, Deco 33, Lampard 32, Drogba 32, Anelka 31, Drogba 32, Carvalho 32. If players like Essien, Joe Cole, Deco or others leave next year WE ARE f**ked!!!!! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Gael kakuta fined 600000 euros for breach of contract is harsh. But he broke the contract he has to pay it. How he pays we dont know. I know its unfair but Mutu being asked to pay 14m is unfair to. But if youve committed a breach you gotta pay for it. And Roma had been banned for Mexes's tranfer in 2004 i think for 18 months. They appealed and their ban got redueced to 12 months. So STOP ACTING like the world is against us.
