L'Equipe: Chelsea have convinced Eden Hazard to drop Β£70K from his wages. He is going to earn 100K a week. How is he a mercenary now? Before tax that is meaning he's going to be earning less than 70k after tax per/week? Wow, what a beast. Told you guys he is now where near as bad as the media purport

Robbie's pedigree is far too good. He won't be confined too Assistant. Lazio seems very likely.

If rumors are to believed Abramovich is planning a blockbuster announcement for Hazard and Hulk together.

I want RDM to get the job but if we were going to give it too him, as 1st choice, he should of been given it long ago. Netwon has said he's in the dark again today. If Guardiola ends up rejecting us than he'll get it. But Guardiola is a genuinley outstanding manager. Unlike AVB his man management skills are very good. He inherited a good squad but the transformation was stunning. Tika-Taka football at it's consummate best. Here's a few examples: At Chelsea he could yield the quality of Hazard, Mata, Torres and Hulk as his attacking options. He's proven it at the world stage. Di Matteo tried and stuck with an attacking style at West Brom, I remember going to the West Brom Chelsea game when Carlo was in charge and Didier got a hatrick - he didn't look he was going to go defensive and was sharing jokes with Chelsea fans giving us a wave whilst his team was losing 6-0 Nevertheless he has shown he has a Plan B, cementing his legacy as a Chelsea legend but Abramovich remains amendment in his pursuit for Pep.

I'm not sure about reliability. Just thought I'd post this rapidly circulating tweet.

Luiz? He's a player that would suit Barca'esque defending perfectly. Quick or no quick (imo quick) he would play.

I'm still not sure that's his official twitter, I seem to recall someone saying earlier that Hulks agent was following it (or something on those lines). But someone seemed to prove it was fake. And when you look at his discussions, he seems to discuss with fake accounts. i.e He was talking to a fake Neymar account and also what appears to be a fake Marcelo account,he would surely have more that 2k followers(Lucas Leiva being an exception ). He also said something like this a few days ago: Givanildo V. Souza β@OficialHulk Thanks for the messages of support from Chelsea fans! 25 May That was followed up by: Liverpool FC News β@LiverpooIFCNews Looks like Hulk is off to Chelsea. RT @OficialHulk Thanks for the messages of support from Chelsea fans! 25 May @LiverpooIFCNews No, just thank the messages of support. Hide conversation

Apparently we got 'hundreds of millions' from the UCL and a long FA cup run to the final contributed on top of the standard EPL income. Drogba, Bosingwa, Kalou & Malouda out decreases our wage bill significantly. It can breakeven, but it seems as though, incredibly, our overall wage could well be decreased. Success has payed dividends my friend

Expanding on this, he tries to carry on running with the ball after he's virtually hit the ground.

If we do get Hulk, there's no doubt he would make the superior winger. I mean Ramires is not primarily a Winger he's a midfielder and was being played there due to our lack of resources, yes he's done well there but I'm sure he wouldn't mind playing as a Midfielder. Ramires can easily be rotated with Mikel & Lamps. Also as you can probably gather from my initial post, getting rid of one of our better players is not an idea I'm that comfortable with; and I wouldn't sell players due to a concern over FFP. I honestly wouldn't be too worried about the FFP side of things, Chelsea got a sh*t load of money from the UCL and should surely know the ins and outs of it. Bottom line is this tactical question mark is where the manager earns his money.

Why sell your best players?

Nah he won't for long. I mean look at Mikel and his United history. It will happen for maybe a few minutes at club level, at the very beginning but I expect it too end quickly. If he signed for United of City the Manchester fans wouldn't let go and it'd be a whole different story. Let's not forget he doesn't dive, has always been a honest player on and off the pitch ( just a burger incident). We can have the media to blame for their demonisation of him. The interviewers would ask him what about Tottenham for example and he'd answer them with the generic rhetoric complementing each club, hence the accumulated quotes.Even earlier on SSN they talked to a french footballing expert about his apparent 'ego' and he quickly dismissed it. I've been watching him since his teens and he's always seemed like a top guy.
