I agree. I'm not playing dumb, but can someone desribe me, how can you have good "eye for talents"? You can't see, that lad will be world-class footballer in only one game, can you?

I also think, very important is that he was given time. He built "his own" genereration and knew every player, because everyone went "throught" his hands. If Andre Villas-Boas will be given time, I think he can be this or even more succesful with Chelsea.

Although he's Manchester United manager, he's definetly one of the very few people I really respect in football. In 25 years of managing Manchester United he has won: 12 Premier League Titles 5 FA Cup Titles 4 Carling Cup Titles 10 Community Shields 2 Chapmions Leauge Titles I really respect him for everything he has done with Manchester United. But why do you think he's so succesful? I've noticed, that he doesn't like "stars" in his team, such as Ronaldo, Nani, Beckham etc. He's acting really smart on transfer market, because he never overpays any footballer. He has a good eye for talents and most of young players become world-class players under his baton. What do you think? Why he's so succesful?

He's my age, I'm so jealous at him. If I'd live in England, they would see my potential, but problem is I live in Slovenia, where they don't give money to football. Good look to him anyways.

I'd really like to know connections between fans around the world! I've noticed it's especially stron in Balkan, when Red Star are supporting Olympiacos and so on... Same here, from than I hate Barca with whole of my heart. That was our season and to steal trophy from us by that way, unacceptable. They were afraid to see English final again. If I was a player, I would punch this fucking refree in his face.
