    For once and for all, we need to decide who to blame for those averege signings: The board, who got from conte a list with a few potential positions that chelsea need to strength, and they signed the second or third player in each position (Emerson instead of sandro for example), Or Conte, that wanted those averege players from the beginning. (We are not talking about contes shit defensive tactics and decisions to play with cahill and baka again and again). For sure, Conte is responsible for letting Matic go.
