Can someone please tell me how many starts for City, and how many goals in those starts ?
-
haha 30m what a joke. no way we're paying that .
-
The only irreplaceable players in the squad imo are Luiz, Hazard, Mata, and perhaps Lukaku if we are having trouble signing a new striker. Everyone else can go for the right price. I have long felt that Mikel and Lampard should not be starting anymore, and hopefully Jose will put them both in a bench role.
-
I'm tired of this already.
-
This club has a striker better than Torres on loan while Torres is the leading earner scoring 9 goals. Amazing really.
-
I'd be happy to just roll with Lukaku. Let's just shore up central midfield and buy another center back.

It seems this summer the prices are being set so high that even the richer clubs are balking. Both Napoli and Tottenham are setting ridiculous prices, thinking that someone will eventually bite. Tottenham have always managed to sell these players for more than they are worth. Both Berbatov and Modric were flopped the expectations set by their transfer fees. This will be the same for Bale I feel.

He's not horrible but certainly not worth 25m pounds. Neither is Schurrle worth 20m pounds.
-
20m pounds and Lukaku should do the trick.

Also you said that the dressing room problems were due to Mourinho and the fact that he was "a piece of shit" to the players. That is just nonsensical. Only Mourinho had the guts to bench Casillas when he was poor. Casillas then tried to use the media against Mourinho. You said earlier that Madrid is based on some "senoro" bullshit. What bloody nonsense. Don't try to pretend as if Madrid is some fairyland where Mourinho is the devil now. Where is the "senoro" when everybody at your club dives ? Where is the "senoro" when your president openly taps up other players ? Rather than senoro, if there was one word that would describe Madrid philosophy it is "galacticos". Mourinho undoubtedly has his problems. There is no question about this. But he is also a very convenient scapegoat for a club riddled in problems. Honestly, if like in Madrid Abramovich came up to our managers and said "You can not bench xyz, he is an institution at the club", I think I'd have a panic attack.
-
Pellegirini, Capello, Hiddink, Heyneckes, Del Bosque ? All serving short terms. But Mourinhi is at fault. Let's see how well you do next season eh ? Surely if Mourinho was at fault you'll do better ?

Nice post MadridOne and I agree with a lot of what you are saying. Mourinho builds expensive counter attacking teams. Why not spend that money to build a good passing football team ? Then if he gets sacked you have to start all over. I am concerned really when he comes here he'll still start Mikel and Lampard in midfield. Those two have been the plague for us and our midfield has been getting clowned regularly by any half decent team. This Chelsea team at the moment has a lot of potential due to Oscar, Mata and Hazard combination. With a couple of purchases in central midfield and a new striker we could really become a beautiful team. I am concerned however when I read stuff like he is bringing in players like Khedira and Coentrao. Mourinho generally is poor with transfers I feel but I think we've been giving Emenalo more control there so he won't be as disastrous in that regard. There are a couple of things wrong with your post though. Modric I feel is an excellent buy. Most Madrid fans I know agree. Furthermore, Mourinho really didn't have the most money since Del Bosque since both Ronaldo and Kaka came before him.

Di Maria dribbles like he's handicapped.

Great! The sooner he goes the sooner I can be relieved we didn't sign him.

Aaah the beaches and shores of Monaco.

Apparently he has a buyout clause. 35 million euros. Worth it ? This is supposedly reported by the first journalist who got news of the Gotze deal, Jan Aage Fjortoft on twitter.

You are an idiot. We are a joke of a club ? The joke is on Torres ! He is the highest earner here yet is a constant noose around our necks. The two cups we've won the last two years take attention off the fact that we've finished 3rd and 6th his two seasons here. That's largely due to his woeful performance. Go to twitter and you'll see plenty of idiots like you crying that Torres is leaving. The club hasn't played to his strengths but he has been ABYSMAL !!!!. That argument would work if he wasn't the worst transfer in EPL history. No matter what support, he should have been doing way better.
-
For the price Liverpool will want we're better off just getting Cavani.
-
Some of you are like gossiping housewives. Racist tattoos and what not.
-
He says he is leaving for his "family", his "image". I doubt he wants to stay in England. He'll go to Madrid.
-
Fuck no ! Do not want.
-
The offer is not actually off by that much. How much do you rate Torres at ? I think a fair valuation is 18m pounds at the very minimum. 23 goals is not horrible, plus Torres brings in a lot of commercial revenue as well. He's our highest selling shirt. I would offer 40m euros plus Torres. Putting Torres at 18m pounds that is the 61m euros release clause right there. So we are off by 10m euros I think.
-
Modric is the only want I want. Wouldn't even take the other if they let me fist them.

So there's this guy Tim working at XYZ Company. Tim is terrible at his job. He is a chore, and although he tries hard he is nothing more than an idiot. Every project he touches turns to dust. Every company he advises goes under. His boss knows he's crap. Hell, Tim himself knows he sucks at his work. The directors of XYZ hired him in a moment of fancy without due diligence, for a fee to their rival company that shocked every intelligent person in the industry. XYZ is now trying hard to move Tim, but the problem is that even though he knows he sucks, he still wants his high wages and no other company is willing to pay. Not really related to Cavani but just some story in the news.
