Nar mate not a pop at anyone in particular. I understand and completely feel the same way as you and have no doubt we could get on fine without him. It's just it seems as a lot of people are now underrating how good he is at what he does and thinking it would be fine to let him move to a rival. I really hope he does stay though, competition for a position is always a good thing and our squad is looking very strong.

He did say it would be an honour to play under Mourinho. He also said that about Pellegrini and how it is every boys dream to play for Madrid. It seems he's keeping his options open, saying only positive things and will choose whichever club will be most beneficial to him

Wait, are we all giving up on this transfer because of them twitter rumours saying we won't bid anymore? I'm sure the club really wants him and will cough up more money for him if it comes to it. So many different rumours popping up everywhere. His dad says Madrid, his mum says Man City and Madrid, he says he doesn't think he'll suit playing in Spain but now wants to go to Madrid. I rekon we just need to take these rumours with a grain of salt and wait this out. The club knows were in desperate need of a quality striker and I'm sure we'll end up with one.

He has shown some great potential for Leverkusen and the national team. He is still very young at 22, no doubt Jose will bring his game up even more. Should be a lot better seeing him come on rather then Benyanoun as a sub.

Much welcomed signing Schurrle! Especially with KDB not going the other way. We are finally starting to add some depth to our 3 behind the striker. Hopefully now we won't play like rubbish without needing to have all 3 amigos on all the time. Still not exactly sure how to pronounce his name. I've been saying Shur-la?

I think 4 strikers is way too much considering we mainly play a 1 striker system. I think maybe its best if we loan out Lukaku for one more season and then sell one of Torres or Ba. We could then have Cavani as 1st striker and whoever is left as second. We look like we're also getting Schurrle so he can play as striker also if needed.
