Hoilets a good young player, he plays for a team that's fighting for safety, maybe if he goes to a bigger team he'll be more consistent, for one he'll get the ball more and he'll be playing with better players. Just look at Valancia for example, he used to play for Wigan and if i told you a few years ago he was going to be the best winger in the league you would of laughed.

Well in some games he performs great, others not, so he may be knackard but still inconsistent and he's still one of our best players.
