  1. Sarri rates Willian, I'm pretty sure he is behind this. We are not a selling club, so if a manager wants a player to stay the board usually keep him.
  2. All the points you are making would be absolutely valid and fair if we had some decent players in front him in the pecking order. The kid played his first serious professional game and already looked a far greater threat than Willian. Pedro is also bang average, nothing special. Bloody hell Sarri even picked Moses early on in the season.
  3. Actually City was very good offensively under Guardiola in his first season, creating loads of chances but they struggled defensively with poor full-backs and centre-backs. Same with Liverpool and Klopp. We are absolutely toothless upfront, it looks more like Van Gaal's United rather than anything resembling Klopp or Guardiola.
  4. Perhaps they should let him smoke one in the dugout mate, its affecting his thinking
  5. How many games already without a goal scored? This was supposed to be the offensive one. Whether you like it or not, we played the most attacking football in 09/10 under Carlo and in Di Matteo's second season until he got sacked. This coach is too rigid and obsessed with his style and formation, that stuborness might cost him in the end.
  6. What I am reading is exactly the stuff Spuds fans used to write when they faced us in the past and usually lost. Thing is their club is going in the right direction and ours is going towards plenty of years of mediocrity. The person who suggested and the person who decided to give Marcos Alonso a new contract should fly out of the fucking door as soon as yesterday. And Hazard will leave. He is fucking sick of this false 9 shit, you could tell from million miles away. He is just not the person that will moan and sulk about it although he has every right to
  7. Of course he has. Otherwise he would look clueless. But this situation was bound to happen for quite some time. If you don't give your own academy products chances and sell all of them regardless how talented they are, then eventually this happens: a player who maybe is not just there yet physically and tactically but has enormous potential also wants to leave and play football elsewhere.
  8. Good thing Sarri took the bloke off, otherwise he would have surely started crying like a baby at some point before the end of the match.
  9. No player regardless how good or talented he was has ever established him as a 1st team regular at Chelsea since John Terry. Let that sink in. The best we had was Christensen and that lasted less than a calender year. Now hes on the fringes and will probably leave. We may aswell shut our academy down, it wouldnt make any difference at all to our club, except for the transfer fees we get for those kids. I love Chelsea as much as the next person, but personally I wouldn't think twice if I in his shoes. This is the most critical period period of his career.
  10. I'm sorry but this is not Marina's problem. When you are a young player and a manager does not trust you at your own football club surely you go somewhere where you will be appreciated and be given chances. This bid shows Bayern have seen something in the kid and they rate him very highly. If I was in his shoes I'd definitely leave Chelsea, just like every academy player should do once he turns 19-20 and wants to become a pro.
  11. Well of course people are getting concerned now. This is not a manager who has won trophies so that we can say lets give him time and be sure he will deliver. No, he managed Napoli without any pressure to win but here its very much a different story. There is not a lot for me to see why we should support him in the transfer market, even the style of football we play is boring and ineffective and doesn't get people of their seats. How many games we had at home where we didn't score, 3 or 4 already and its only January. Few bad results could be tolerated if he had the balls to change and give players chances and a bit of freedom to express themselves on the pitch and not only be the slaves of his system and tactics. Also we seriously lack quality and leaders in this team, so I would not rule out a total collapse this season, actually we are just one Hazard injury away from it
  12. I am not very optimistic about this player, just don't see whats the fuss. But lets see how he does, I'd be happy if he can kick Willian out of the team, that itself would suffice.
  13. Man I'd gladly take those two even in the 10/11 season over Willian and Morata. Bloody hell I'd take Ramires as a winger instead of the headless chicken. Did you see in the Palace game when he failed to control two 15yard passes in the space of 3 minutes, the ball went under his feet twice in a row. What a fucking donkey And Morata is so bad he even makes Torres decent.
  14. Morata cant even bother to make an effort, hes just jogging around. He has to be kicked out of this club , fucking woeful
  15. Bakayoko struggles with a 15 yard pass, lets not compare that with a player who lacks a bit of positional awareness and tactical knowledge. This can be improved, especially with more minutes on the pitch and gaining experience while you cant learn to control a ball if you havent learnt it by now. Bloke had a potentially career ending injury after a very good season in Rome. Hasnt played 3 matches in a row for almost 2 and a half years and people are writing him off. No way will he ever be a key player, I just said hes an exciting player compared to the other one we have there.
  16. Whats the hype with this bloke? Is it for marketing reasons? Hes just plain average.
  17. Emerson is a very good potential. Pacey, energetic, has a good left foot, exciting player. Just needs a bit of experience and playing time to improve tactially and in positional awareness, Remember this lad had only one full season in Roma before that horrible injury. He could develop into a good full-back if he was trusted more, even when he makes a mistake here and there. Unfortunately Alonso is seen as A. Cole mark II
  18. I understand but not all players are the same. Certain players play their best football at the age of 29-33 while others like Rooney or Fabregas simply get burned out and lose their legs. Also its not the same for centre-backs, goalkeepers and wingers. I disagree with that rule because it has nothing to do with whats happening on the pitch. There are ways to sign a long term contract with the wages being gradually reduced or stuff like that.
  19. Yes but who isnt at Arsenal? Of course he has improved and of course he was a liability because he played under Wenger. Lets wait and see how he does now they have a better manager. I never said he was top class but compared to the snail Alonso hes a space shuttle.
  20. Luiz topic aside, that over 30 policy is pure nonsense. So a 29-year old can get a long term contract while a 30 or 31-year old can only get one year? Not all players are the same, this should be managed individually. Ok, Luiz will leave but he is the least of our worries now. Why let him leave and have another position to think about when you already have 2 or 3 way more important. Who is taking these decisions? Theyve got no clue about football.
  21. BTW Kolasinac man of the match yesterday v Burnley. Remember Arsenal got him on a free.
  22. This Leicester side wont nick one point off of another top 6 side until the end of a season, just like they havent done in every other game vs the big teams before today. The players and Sarri can go fuck themselves after this performance
  23. At least one thing is certain: this bloke wont last long if he keeps being so stubborn like his predecessors. And the way its going, this looks like we are going to watch the hungarian, greek and other giants again next season.
  24. My god our strikers are a fucking shambles. Kova is an incredible talented lad and we need more from him like today, more balls going forward. Unfortunately he has nobody to pass to in good positions because all Giroud can do is come short and try to play one two. Loftus very encouraging, very few tall players can do what he does with a ball, even playing as a winger he was good. Feck me hes got a better touch than Willian. He is improving with every game, just keep playing him. Barkley has fallen off a bit in the last few games, now he is the one passing it sideways all the time and receiving the ball not in movement but in a static position. Emerson not bad at all, the lad needs a few Premier League games aswell to gain experience. But we all know Alonso is rated like he is Ashley Cole
  25. Hes probably a better striker than the two we have. I wonder how he would do in that position.
