Though there is this thing that we'll find it very difficult to replace certain players, not only because of their outstanding quality but also charisma, character, leadership and behaviour on and off the pitch. A lot of time will have to pass until we see a new John Terry, for example.

Buying this kind of players for these amounts is why you won't see an academy player breaking through in the near future. Oh well, I've already given up on that, so its fine.

He used to talk a lot before, but he always backed it with results. I think its safe to say this team is not even remotely close to being something magnifiecent. He was very good for Columbia in Brazil. Really enjoyed watching that Columbian team, and he was enormously important for them. He has bollocks unlike Willian, very direct player and not afraid to take people on, shoot, take risks on the pitch. I like his attitude. Haven't really watched him at Fiorentina though.
