Conte needs some serious karma for the way he behaved at the end of his time here. 6-0 please.

I've suspected for years that the stadium tour was a PR move.
-
If true this is so odd even by his standards. Above all else will they even take him back? Dzeko is objectively a better striker.
-
I would put Luiz in the same category tbh. We broke the one year rule for over 30s for him (we didn't even do it for the old guard) and it was well reported Roman was a huge fan of him. Was 100% a statement of intent to back Lampard out of the pair.
-
I didn't even think that it was only 3 loses! How ironic that we've (so far) lost more when things were going good as opposed to when we were in crisis, only us 😂🤣😂🤣

Said on TTs thread this is the first time since Mou the first time I feel the manager is not responsible for the rut. I feel it's testament to Tuchel's quality we have only had one fluke defeat in our bad run.
-
Gutted to drop points as we deserved to win this and we needed to to stand a chance of winning the title. BUT fucking great mentality from the lads to come back from such a perilous situation, something special will happening here under Tuchel I'm sure of it.
-
Fucking hell I feel like I'm playing this game.
-
This was like battle of The Bridge congested into one half.
-
It's been just over a week since he played a huge part in all three goals at Villa (his finishing needs improvement though no arguments there). If he was dropped for an in form player I'll get it but Pulisic has done the square route of fuck all ever since Madrid. That said Liverpool do seem a favourite opponent of his as @Nero has just reminded so hopefully he rips up the formbook today.
-
Apart from Pulisic in over Callum probably the team I'd have picked. Infact it could pass off as our best outside of the wingbacks.
-
The hilarious thing is by their same logic how will Liverpool score past Silva and Rudiger when they couldn't score past CB less Leicester.
-
Firmino is, he's doesn't score that much but he's a big reason Liverpool as a team do.
-
Has last season not taught you two games aren't the same ffs.
-
Courtois and Hazard both delivered in crunch moments and both their last games were big performances on a cup final. Different gravy to Rom.
-
Really? Have you seen his big game record? He hasn't scored against today's opponents for over 8 years. Say what you like about their week by week consistency but I'll back Kai, Ziyech, Mount and even Pulisic to come up with a clutch moment in a game like this before Rom. EDIT: I forgot he scored in the game Brendan was fired but that Liverpool were practically a mid table side anyway.

Mourinho/KDB/Luiz. Conte/Costa. Lampard/Luiz. Di Matteo/Malouda.
-
Sarri thought he was injured, Kepa was trying to say he wasn't and thought the sub was purely based on Sarri thinking he was injured. It was crosswires in the heat of a cup final and if it was any other club (ie one without the narrative of uncontrollable player power) it would have been forgotten about by the next day. I mean it's really strange that people cling onto this regarding Kepa when there's plenty of other legit reasons to criticise him.
-
It's a whole different ball game to Kepa. I honestly don't know why that is held against him, it was a genuine misunderstanding in the heat of the moment.
-
I'd say not risk any of them bar the latter (on the assumption he wants his token appearance if he's not arsed give him the time off too). As horrifying as it is to think about we're a few more injuries away from having to rely on all of those above. Give the squad as many days off as we possibly can without buggering match fitness, they need a mental break aswell as a physical one.
-
I remember when there was this big debate with many thinking we should have kept Lukaku over signing Eto'o. My god I'd take our version of Eto'o over this Lukaku let alone the young one.
-
The biggest statement he can make right now is to send the U23's (and Bettenelli) out against Chesterfield, maybe even have Andy Myers managing the game. I'd feel bad for them as they'd have got a big tie only for it to turn into a glorified EFL trophy match but I don't see how we've got any other choice.
-
This is probably the first time since our Christmas 2006 rut under Jose I haven't thought the manager has been largely responsible for such a poor run. Ofcourse there's a few things he's done wrong (should never have broken Callum's momentum from the autumn) but if anything I think he's stopped this rut being even worse.
-
The days of defenders being able to be clowns on the ball if they put a good tackle in or strikers being able to do sod all if one goes in of their backside is long gone.

I've just got the Kova showdown card on Ultimate Team so I've got even more at stake tomorow now.
