I think the problem of our Youth Academy was we have too many kids to push for a first team. If we only have 1-2 kids that may became a diamond it may be better. I believe focus 1-2 kids in first team per season was decent and possible to win the league But a stupid buying policy still didn't stop buy and buy and buy new young players all the times.
