I would never ever put Kalou on the team, even if we were in a crises like we are now, I wouldn't do it. He will only make things worse.

JT is not getting the blame because he's old, and Luiz was our best player in defence against Liverpool. Terry couldn't tackle, pass or handle the pressure, he had a bad game, Luiz did well and he doesn't deserve punishment.

Unfortunately Josh won't get a game at all, because we don't play young players it's against the Chelsea rules. And i don't mean John Terry will be playing a full game, i usually always mention David Luiz to come on in half time, let them have a half each, but forgot too!.

I want to say thank you to everyone, great debate going here and good points about it. I thought i would be into arguements but many have surprised me. It's obvious what we need is drive in the midfield, and we have to accept players like Lampard will not make our midfield world class. The only way Lampard could play in our midfield and for it to be world class in my opinion, he would be playing as he used to, centre attacking basically, roaming behind the defenders making his sneaky runs, and there would have to be a very good DM, with a lot of drive and an engine in midfield, also Ramires would have to be putting in top games like he does now and again, but be more consistent.

To be honest he hasnt had a mention because of all the bad stuff what went on. I agree he played well, his tackling was good for once and his passing was good too, he has the ability to move the game forward, but he can't do it by himself.

He is past it, he can't play highline defending. He will never fit in the system. However AVB will probably get sacked and then some other manager will come in and Terry will probably just fit in that.

I agree we lack keyplayers, but we lack keyplayers that create, for example wingers and midfielders who create, we might just have the strikers, such as in Torres but i'm not sure. and of course if we are to play the new system John Terry must be replaced, he cannot play there. False!, it's not a fact that the players aren't doing it, it's the fact they can't, many of them are too slow, Mikel is not a fast DM, Terry isn't fast, we have no playmaker, or no wingers. AVB has to do what's best for the club and change his style now!, which ever is best for the players, holdout till January, then sort it out.

People may think i'm very selfish asking for all these players, but you need to be realistic, it's evident we need these new players. But it's also evident we should of had them seasons ago when we were building a team so we can still apply them to teh same 'chemistry' (jesus im overusing this world lately). I think a overhaul will have to happen, we can't keep going on liket his and expect us to win trophies and be title contenders.

Sometimes we need to be realistic, it seems to be only few are concerned about these losses, and when i mean concerned i mean very concerned, were ruining our reputation, and we also ruined the chance to be title contenders this season, this will be another pointless season. And it could also be another AVB sacking, and then another manager comes in and probably makes the same mistake of buying no players. And then that manager wants to play his chemistry and way of football, and then he gets sacked. And yeah you know the cycle.
