  1. If you want Neymar as your striker, then you can forget crossing and prepare for some trough balls ^^ Similar to Barcelona plays, and out team is not strong enough on that part. I'd rather keep him on wide and give him space and have a real striker like Torres picking up attention in the box and leaving space to Neymar.
  2. I don't think we are in desperate situation. It has to do more with us spending 50million just like that for a player that is not better then Aguero at the moment. He is their main player and the biggest start, and it's normal that they want to get as much as they can from him.
  3. He made a pretty good team out of Spurts too, and yeah, his players seem to be very motivated. It seems to me also that he may be tired of leading a bit weaker club and not being able to bring some players he would like, so chances or him leading us are even bigger with that.
  4. Thing with Torres is that when we start playing some good football and we start to outplay our opponents he'll score a few and get his confidence back. Besides, spend 50mil on a player and then not have faith in him is not good. All of Europe will tremble if Fernando awakes. Sometimes in football, all this stuff with tactics and position falls in water. If you players are motivated and in good form they'll play good. It's 11vs11 out there and it's not a video game as some people think.
  5. Let me translate that for you. "Cash out 45millions or nothing happens." Torres type of transfer number 2. Pricks... I am really beginning to hate these release clauses that make players overpriced and especially clubs using that to their advantage.
  6. Hidink for a year here wouldn't be that bad though. Next year we could bring Guardiola or Villas-Boas :eyebrows: But yeah, it has it's downsides just as LDN said.
  7. Too lazy to find a source, but yes, it's 99% true.
  8. Neymar is a bigger risk. He's younger and physically weaker. Aguero is proven, buffed and has La Liga experience, and (no offense to fellow Brazilians) you can't compare Brazilian league with Spanish one.
  9. If we get Nasri then he can go to Arse :eyebrows:
  10. We're blue, we're white, we're fucking dynamite! Historic match, and in this modern football matches like this don't happen too often. Always nice to beat Spurs :eyebrows:
  11. Not even Sturridge got a chance, and then our bad series of results started and then Torres came. I always feel sad when we lose a talented footballer... Good luck Fabio
  12. If Malouda and Anelka leave or Kalou and Drogba perhaps there will be more space in the wages. I really like Aguero, and he's my favorite Argentinian player. I also respect him for staying in Atletico this much and for being straight with everyone.
  13. After seeing our shirt in action I can say "IT ROCKS!"
  14. Marin said: "We agreed on a buy-out clause of €45 million when he signed his contract extension. However, we also agreed that he couldn't' join Real Madrid - not even if they meet his minimum release clause"
  15. Jurgen Klopp? We don't have a single German player and I believe he wants to lead Germany to EURO12. He's a great coach though :eyebrows: His nosepicking is epic too XD As for Guus, It would be good to have him a few years and then go for Guardiola/Boas or who becomes available unless Guus wants to stay, but he ain't young anymore though.
  16. Don't worry about manager, that we'll be settled soon, and what's most important, we've got time 'till 4th of july when players are back. As things stand I see Guus leading us again, and he's a man who knows what he wants, and a man that has been advising us on transfer for some time now.
  17. The last picture of Carlo that we'll get Farewell. You shall not be forgotten.
  18. More risky then Hidink. Fact. I believe that's how Roman thinks too.
  19. That boy is a class. If he stays without money he can work as a dummy salesman any day He's actually the only Arse player that I like.
  20. Oh come on, Guus is an experienced tough old bastard, while Basten is unproven, risky and with no results behind him to back him up. Do we need a new manager that will be sacked in a year or 2? HELLNO!
  21. The rivalry between AM and RM is pretty big mate. It's like a transfer from Liverpool to United here. It's alright from Liverpool to Arsenal/Chelsea but to United - NO.
  22. I'd like him more as our manager then Van Basten, Rijkaar, Harry and Bielsa...still, my wish remains Mourinho since Boas will stay (which is better, let's be honest), but Mourinho won't happen 99% though.
  23. It is a right move in his career though. He's ready for some real football. Still somehow, I find it hard to implement him in our team though If we get him, then it's back to 4-4-2 and a big risk with Torres partnership, but hey, if someone can do it, then it's these two. Kun and El Nino.
  24. I'll never understand some people. As for me, Ancelotti era is behind, I look towards the future. When I turn around and take a look at past I will remember us during Carlo with a smile, but it's over now.
