If we sack AVB in summer then we cant mess around and spend most of summer finding a manager.Because it leaves them little time to access the squad,decide whose worth keeping and whose not and who they want to bring in.Thats been our issue.We bring in managers and they have little time to change things or get any sort of idea..while other teams are making signing we're deciding who to hire etc.And the players who should be gone wont be gone because of the time the manager has to realise if they're worth keeping or not.

The problem is way we're looking,hard to attract a decent manager,they'll know from past events that they're likely to last a year...and the squad they'll get will be an aging one who majority look hardly intrested in actually playing and seem to have forgotten what they're doing.Sack AVB hire someone else but unless drastic changes are made...things still stay the same..same old and all

If that is the case then there is the problem.The Manager should have the say in who goes/who comes in.After all he's the one who has to make the team work.Should be his choice who to buy/sell.And that was the problem with Jose and Carlo having players forced on them that you could tell neither really wanted but yet felt had to play all the time due to their price tag.

Exactly and thats our problem.While teams are deciding on who they're signing we seem to spend half of summer finding a manager who comes in has hardly any time to judge the team,decides what they see is fine and nothing changes! And if we sack AVB no doubt same thing will happen...and agree we'll be stuck with the same squad..and no doubt come summer after if we havent been great..sack again If we win on Saturday..come the 19th we'll be a point better then we were this time last season and a place better offf.. But we'd lost 7 games by that time..and so far only lost 5..or 6 if we fuck up tommrow...hurrah!
