This team would get nowhere near top 4. Chucking one youth player into the first team is reasonable to expect, but three? We still want to have a chance at winning things, it isn't all about the future, there needs to be some here and now.
I remember Liverpool being ridiculed over here for their Warrior deal though. I think anyone other than Nike would lead to a perceived loss of stature in many people's eyes. I don't think it would be nearly as bad as some are predicting though.
Love his attitude in the interviews, seems to genuinely want to be at the club and he's showing a willingness to wait and work for a spot. Sign him up, players who look like they want to be here and give it their best go a long way to convincing me.
Buzzing but cautious. Pato is one of my favourite players to watch on his day. At 26 all that talent can't just have gone. All likelihood points at a flop but I'm absolutely buzzing that we're getting a player with the raw ability to compete with the Ronaldos and Messis of the world. That potential is hiding away somewhere and I hope we can unearth it. Yes he may flop but if he doesn't we've got a top player on our hands.
He has my backing till the end of his Chelsea career.
Call me Mr. Glass Half Full but from YouTube(I know it isn't a good judge) he looks like at the very least he's a physical specimen. Pace and strength galore. I mean it's not everything but it works pretty well in Zouma's case.
