I like Mikel's game, he is for most of the time playing in our own half so it sometimes looks like we are playing with three CBs. In my opinion he only needs to start to do more tackling when he has clearer chancees. While players like Essien (maybe Ramires too, i don't know him much) like to go up front, that's why i like Mikel much more for DM. Ross Turnbull also isn't doing bad when he is concentrated. Kalous problem is that he likes to complicate things more than simplify.
