Read the fair play rules. It states, transfers are not allowed directly from an owner, they have to be paid through the club revenue.. Plus I highly doubt Roman would even do that! Especially with him having to fork out for Russia's World Cup too.. I've been trying to get information on that for MONTHS. The club have not said anything, it's really pissing me off!!
