True. Albrighton would give us some natural width in this 4-3-3. Rose was good in the game before this u21 tournament, so you're right about using Delfounso too, but I still think one of Cleverly or Muamba should be brought on to inspire some actual ball play in the midfield. Henderson's trying but even he's too busy trying to keep it organised. Surprised there's been no subs yet.. :\

I know, he's been frustrating in those times too. But I still think we should persist with him in central defence, he will improve, with JT alongside him, mentoring him through, he will become a much solid defender in the coming season. I'm saying this all in anticipation if Alex goes. Terry will play less games this season I believe, he'll start getting a new niggling injuries & will need rotation I reckon, this is where Ivanovic will prove crucial. We can't keep him as a right-back any longer.

Sturridge seems to be playing a support-striker role tonight for Welbeck. I like that, it's working well, instead of him playing with his back to goal he can dribble around and find space. That could be crucial in using him & Torres together next season..

Bayern would be good for Alex. He's a good defender & he'd be played more there, so he might be up for it. I expect we'd sign Godin if such a transfer happens.

Not RB. We already have a makeshift right-back and it's not working out well. When we play a system like ours it requires the full-backs to be wing-backs and provide real width. This is, unfortunately, not happening on the right side for us with Ivanovic there. We need a pure right-back now. As for moving him to DM. What then with Mikel? Mikel is a better DM than Luiz would be.
