  1. No-one doubts his ability as a captain or player. Just saying.. He's a c*nt.
  2. I agree, it should be offered. However most suicide victims, when they decide that's what they want to do, there's only so much that can be done to prolong the made-decision.
  3. I suppose so. I don't know, I've known people in such situations.. Sometimes people just don't want the help, we cannot blame them. For some people, it's better for them that they can end their life on their terms. It's tough waters we're going into with such discussions. It's like the Enke situation, he'd been depressed for a while, saw therapists and all. But even something like the World Cup couldn't help him, so you can understand. No. It's illegal to assist them.. For now it is anyway.
  4. Yes it is. His half-brother, Paul, cheated with Rushden & Diamonds' keeper's fiancé. When he found out, he committed suicide from 'embarrassment'.
  5. Agree. If someone wants to end their life, it should be their choice.
  6. Don't get me wrong, Terry's actually done his fair share of giving back. I still remember the story about him saving his old childhood club Senrab or something. But he knows he's a role model & should've kept his life clean. Of course he's only human and everyone makes a mistake, however these are levels which are immature & just so easy to get caught out in.
  7. Sigh.. What a way to tarnish a, what's been, successful career with utter stupidity in the last 2-3years. He had it all. Chelsea captaincy, England captaincy, trophies, a great squad, a lovely family & great friends. Now what? He's been tried left-right-centre. He's always slipping up in the media spotlight & he's causing a great deal of shame to country & club. Yes perhaps the media are quick to lay it on him. But come on, he's the ENGLAND captain. Of course his actions are supposed to be moral. It's not like Rio escaped scrutiny after his missed drugs test & ect. Beckham was a great England captain. He was accused by that Loose girl for an affair, which was thoroughly denied. Aside from that, he's been an icon in the game. Set up schools around the country, promoted the spirit of the game & remained respectful to the duty of being England captain.
  8. Agreed. Yet I think there's a time for the Mikel-type player & the Romeu one. Liverpool, a big game, I think Mikel is vital. His composure and accurate passing can be the key into that packed Liverpool midfield, and with their 5-man defence his long-range passing will come into full-effect. Romeu is the type I'd say we play v. the likes of Everton & co. Where they defend to the death leaving the game in a dire grid-lock. Because Romeu gives a better attacking impulse than Mikel does. This is not to say I'm 'hating/bashing' on Mikel, simply pointing out where Romeu had an advantage.
  9. You could forgive Bosingwa's defensive failings if he was better on the attack. However, when he can't beat the opposing left-back one-on-one & can't deliver a cross almost 9/10.. There's something seriously wrong. I mean even Ivanovic can do that, and he's known for his defensive side, not attacking!
  10. No way Drogba-Torres will start. They simply don't have any chemistry between them! This isn't the type of game to experiment with them.
  11. I agree. We played the 'innocent till proven guilty' card throughout this entire process. Now that it seems he'll be proved guilty, perspectives will be changed.
  12. He's young & he's proven. Should we go for him, it could be a worthwhile signing.
  13. Mancini ready to make an offer http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11679/7314259/Mancini-on-standby-for-De-Rossi
  14. LMAO.. Tokyo Sexwale. His parents did him no justice.
  15. Ahh, I know. But: a. He skinned Ashley Cole, who's not as pacy any more anyway & b. Our defence was all over that place, that day. Even Kalou would've scored past us! A winger, who doesn't want to be a winger, isn't for us imo. We will regret not singing Chamberlain, I believe. Lalkovic, step on up.
  16. I cold heartedly disagree. One-on-one, he really is not that great. He claims he wants to be a striker, but his ratio (from when I watch, not official) is 1:10 from goals to shots with one-on-one situations. I agree he's not a winger though, because his crossing is weak & his football intelligence isn't great. I really did think Walcott had the potential to be a superstar when I saw him at Southampton. I think, like you said, Wenger hindered him & is ruining him by playing him on the wing. But then again.. Won't we do the same? Look at what we're doing with Sturridge! Trying to make him into a winger when he is a striker. Walcott will be the same for us ect. Not what we need. Which is a pure winger.
  17. Is this racist? http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/internationals/4055395.stm
  18. They also have the largest opium fields in the world.
  19. Signs for Liverpool. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/15780917.stm
  20. I agree with the rest of your post, but the bits I quoted.. Really? Come to the UK. Racism is very much alive in this country.
