Looks like that CWC did more harm than good for us, didn't made us change targets at all, owners can hide behind it for a while now and a good chunk of the fanbase will believe them blindly but the giant elephant in the room is still there - no front shirt sponsor yet (even if they get one in soon I'd expect it to be some record sponsorship given how much they wanked around saying they waiting for the right conditions and how much shade they threw to Roman) - no news on stadium yet - spent over 1.5B and the squad still has massive gaps to fill, maybe by the time they hit 2.5B we won't have such glaring weaknesses like GK and CB.

Yeah like these experts who overpaid around 15-20m for Gittens, who didn't get a CB and GK despite saddling the club with bang average CBs and GKs and now telling the coach to make due with what he has. They maybe overpaid for Enzo but he was sought out after shining and winning the biggest trophy in the world, it was the right decision to go for him and when he will get sold I doubt we will making a big loss if any at all on him, he was a top talent. Even Madueke made more sense gave us a leeway to get a profit on him or at least get our money back with the price we paid, there is no such thing with Gittens it's top dollar for someone incredibly raw. For the money they paid for Gittens and Garnacho we probably could've convinced Juventus to sell Yildiz, yeah we wouldn't have a back up but right now we have 2 players who aren't exactly best of the best in that position.
