I don't see Palmer leaving tbh, as long as we are at least respectably competitive in serious competitions and treat him right. I think he is absolutely loving life here and is genuinely thankful that we backed him when City didn't and have given him the big break he was fighting for for years. One of the most obvious would be that clubs get fined for not removing people from the ground promptly if they do this. If they do it repeatedly force them to play in a stadium full of opposition fans.
