WE have such an amazing talent in our ranks and some "fans" (the word is used very lightly here) would rather bitch and moan about him because they stupidly would have said something about the player an year ago, and now rather than accept their mistake, need to inflate their egos by coming on here and saying "I told you so". Absolutely vile and pathetic. I would love to see some of such fans at the bridge trying to boo and bad mouth mount. Would be set in their place within a bloody minute

Irrespective if we pull off a miracle and win the CL,
Kova, jorginho need to be sold. The only time they look good is when kante is on the pitch. Together they are shambles. Rice is a must. 
Other than that, I would honestly cut our losses with Werner and get any half decent FWD.

Just look at the contrast from pages 63-65 to now. I don't like the term 'plastic' fans but sometimes I think I agree when I see fans sail like the wind after a little dip in form. Unbelievable. LOL.

Having said that, I do now genuinely think the time is now right for Roman to sell up. We're stagnating or even going backwards as a club now and I cannot see us ever seriously challenging for the title again with Roman in charge. Just making  more wrong decisions than right ones these days, with his team making far too many crap signings and managers who are not up to it for one reason or another. Also the collapse of the new stadium and his problems with our government. 
Would be forever grateful for everything he's done for our club, but nothing lasts forever and now is as good a time as any for a fresh start for our club.
 

And what will they get from it?
You think Perez will sit quietly if his most recent coup fails? The Yankee owners won't try any other shit to stay relevant. 
We have massively tilted the power in favour of uefa and Fa, and they will be grateful. Pissing us off would basically be like losing one of the big teams who might be on there side the next time this shit happens. And if they are pissed, so what?

Fan power wins a battle but not the war

This to me is the biggest problem.
If they had planned a proper league system I would have been seriously interested as it is then something completely new and fresh (say it was 20 teams initially and broke into a division 1 and 2 with promotion and relegation each season) and I think that would then have the potential to grow even further once established as a third division could be eventually added through domestic qualification and then these clubs have an opportunity to remain in the competition and qualify up the leagues and in turn others can slip down and be relegated out.
The problem is the proposed Champions League and this ESL are barely any different and both pretty rubbish ideas to be honest.

It certainly doesn't just return things to normal but City and Chelsea could right a lot of wrongs here if they genuinely are considering backing out.
The two could end up being the biggest influencers in this whole power struggle, because I think the two together are enough to legitimise the Premier League and Champions League still if the others don't follow.
Ironic considering both have felt they've been treated unfairly and unequally in the past by UEFA compared to other established big clubs, and neither seemingly have had any real serious input into this Super League yet could end up with both sides begging for our loyalty.

Try explaining this to Yanks who are used to getting rewarded with a draft pick if their team finishes last

I'm against politics and protests being dragged onto the field of play, but now that's its here, I hope the players come up with something on the pitch to show they stand against the SL. The  middle finger salute would be fine by me.

Well what else would you propose for a strong stance from UEFA?
Banning them from a competition they have no intention of being in next season, as the super league is effectively in their eyes the replacement for the CL, would be stupid beyond belief so I don’t know what else people want them to do? 

Well again though, is it fair that clubs like West Ham, Leicester City, Wolfsburg, Eintracht Frankfurt, Atalanta, could end up playing in a CL that is depleted due to these 12 clubs leaving? Or even worse if it replaced the CL completely never be able to get in to it based on merit? Its not just about 12 clubs. Its about the countless others who will also get affected by this. 
If we don’t back track and they kick us, City and Real out we really cannot complain. They said they would do these things so if they do after we’ve been warned I don’t know what your expecting. Regardless of it ifs fair on managers or players or not, they’ve gave their warning alongside the FA and then throw in the fans views on it, that should of been enough for the clubs. Ultimately these owners should have thought about it before agreeing to join it in the first place and even more so now after they’ve warned about it.I hope they do to send a message. I really do. Don’t want to see us kicked out obviously but in terms of maintaining the integrity of the sport it is absolutely necessarily they set extreme examples. I mean what do you think UEFA should let us off because it wasn’t decided by the manager and players? Really? What sort of example is that going to set? We are talking about 12 clubs forming a super league, not a wee incident or situation. This is going to change football forever and if FIFA, UEFA, the FAs aren’t strong they will become even more irrelevant in the future.
